Handy scheduling tool
Setmore’s been pretty solid for scheduling my appointments. Easy enough to figure out, though the mobile app sometimes lags a bit. Overall, it saves me a bunch of time and hassle.

Great scheduling, needs reminder tweaks
The appointment scheduling feature is really straightforward and has saved me so much time coordinating with clients. I also like the reminders that automatically go out, though I wish the customization options for those reminders were a bit more flexible.

Good, but needs polish
Tried both Calendly and Acuity before but stuck with Setmore because of its cleaner interface and built-in payment options. That said, the mobile app can be glitchy and sometimes booking notifications are delayed, which can be frustrating.

Tried both Calendly and Acuity before landing on Setmore, and what sold me was the straightforward interface combined with solid free features. Unlike the others, Setmore made managing multiple staff calendars easy without confusing setups, which saved me a lot of headaches. The only downside is occasional syncing delays with my Google Calendar.

Smooth and easy booking
I was kinda surprised at how smooth booking stuff was with Setmore. It’s super easy to set up and my clients don’t complain about the interface, which is saying something.
