Keeps Meetings Organized
Our team of about 12 started using Soapbox mainly to keep track of meeting agendas and follow-ups. Getting everyone on board was a bit slow at first since some folks prefer email or chat, but once they saw how it helped keep discussions organized, adoption picked up quickly. It’s been great for collaboration, especially with remote members who can stay in the loop without endless email threads. The one downside is that it sometimes feels a bit clunky to navigate when you’re in a rush.

Cleared Up Our Update Mess
Our team was drowning in endless status update emails, making it impossible to track real progress. Soapbox helped us cut through the noise by organizing updates in one place, saving us time and reducing confusion. Wish it was a bit easier to customize notifications tho.

Great for quick, polished videos
I gave Soapbox a shot after trying out Loom and Vidyard, and I have to say, Soapbox stood out because of how intuitive the editing process is. Loom felt a bit clunky when trimming clips, and Vidyard was more complex than I needed for quick team updates. Soapbox's split-screen feature made it easy to keep presentations engaging without extra hassle. The only downside is that it occasionally glitches on longer videos, but overall it’s a solid tool for fast, polished recordings.

Quick and smooth start
Setup was surprisingly quick, took me about 20 mins to get everything going. Onboarding materials were clear and helped me avoid the usual headaches, though I did trip up once on one of the integrations.

Better for quick updates
Tried Soapbox after fiddling with Loom and Vidyard, and honestly it clicked better for quick team updates. The interface feels more straightforward, though I wish the editing options were a bit more flexible.

Helped organize notes, but buggy
We were drowning in scattered team updates and Soapbox helped keep meeting notes in one place, which definitely cut down on confusion. That said, it kept crashing on me during long meetings, so I couldn’t rely on it fully.

Simple, effective video tool
Tried Soapbox after using Loom and Vidyard, and it stood out because of how simple it was to record and share quick videos without fiddling with settings. Loom felt a bit bloated for what I needed, and Vidyard’s interface was clunkier, so Soapbox’s straightforward approach won me over. The only downside is the limited editing options, but for quick team updates, it hits the mark.

Easy and effective video tool
Tried Loom and Vidyard before, but Soapbox felt more intuitive for quick video creation without a steep learning curve. Loved how easy it was to edit clips on the fly, though sometimes exporting can be a bit slow.

Simple and handy tool
Soapbox's super easy to use and really helped me organize my thoughts better, though sometimes it glitches a bit when saving drafts.
