Quick and smooth setup

Getting Soapbox up and running was surprisingly smooth. The onboarding guided me through everything clearly, and I had it working within about 15 minutes. The learning curve was minimal, which made the whole process hassle-free.

Improved Over Time

Started using Soapbox about two years ago, and honestly, it’s come a long way since then. The interface feels smoother now, and some of the quirks I used to get annoyed with have been fixed. Still, sometimes exporting videos can be a bit slow, but overall it’s been a solid tool for what I need.

Smooth Setup with Minor Glitch

Getting Soapbox up and running was smoother than I expected. The onboarding guides were clear, and I had it integrated with our tools in about 30 minutes. There was a slight hiccup with one of the permissions settings, but a quick look through the docs sorted it out. Overall, I felt like the learning curve was gentle enough not to slow down the team.

Great editing, okay analytics

The video editing feature is surprisingly intuitive and saves me a ton of time. The analytics dashboard is helpful, but I wish it was a bit more detailed.

Great for team meetings

Our team of about 12 started using Soapbox after the boss pushed for better meeting structure. Getting everyone on board was kinda slow at first since some folks prefer sticking to emails, but once we got the hang of it, collaboration improved noticeably. It’s helped us keep track of action items and share agendas ahead of time, which cuts down on chaos. I’d say it’s really good for keeping conversations focused, though sometimes the interface feels a bit clunky when juggling multiple projects.

Meetings finally make sense

Our team of about 12 started using Soapbox after our manager suggested it to keep our weekly check-ins more organized. Getting everyone on board was surprisingly smooth since it helped us set clear agendas and actually stick to them. The collaboration improved because everyone could add their talking points ahead of time, so no one felt left out or caught off guard during meetings. It’s become a staple in how we communicate and plan, and honestly, meetings feel way more productive now.

Cleared up meeting chaos

Our team was drowning in disorganized meeting notes and follow-ups until we started using Soapbox. It helped me keep track of everyone's action items in one place, which actually cut down on the back-and-forth emails and confusion. Wish it had a better mobile app tho, but overall it really fixed the chaos we were dealing with.

Consistently improving tool

Started using Soapbox about three years ago, and it’s definitely gotten smoother and more reliable over time. The updates have improved the interface a lot, making it easier to organize my thoughts without distractions. Sometimes it still feels a bit clunky when switching between projects, but overall it’s been a solid tool that keeps getting better as I use it more.

Gets better with time

Been with Soapbox for over two years now, and I’ve noticed steady improvements that make it easier to organize my thoughts and share ideas. The updates have definitely smoothed out some rough edges without overcomplicating things.

Better meeting flow overall

Our team of about 12 started using Soapbox a few months ago after our manager insisted we try it out for streamlining our weekly meetings. Getting everyone on board wasn’t too hard since it actually helped keep meetings more focused and gave quieter team members a better chance to contribute. I’ve noticed collaboration feels smoother because we can prep notes and agenda items ahead of time rather than scrambling during the call. The only downside is that it sometimes feels a bit clunky when trying to integrate with other tools we use daily.
