Best fit for our team
Tried Asana and Monday.com before, but Teamwork just clicks better with how our projects flow. The time tracking and invoicing features really saved me hours each week, which neither of the others handled well. Switching over was definitely worth it for our small team.

Solid tool for team projects
Our team of about 12 started using Teamwork after our manager insisted we try it to keep better track of projects. Getting everyone on board took a couple of weeks because some were used to simpler tools, but once we settled in, it really helped with communication and made collaboration smoother. The ability to assign tasks and comment directly within projects cut down on our back-and-forth emails. Overall, it’s helped our workflow, though the learning curve for some features was a bit steep at first.

Smooth and straightforward setup
Getting Teamwork up and running was surprisingly smooth. The onboarding walkthrough helped me understand the basics quickly, and I had the core setup done in under an hour. There was a slight learning curve with some of the more advanced features, but overall, it didn’t slow me down much. Definitely felt like the time spent setting up was worthwhile.

Better for client projects
Switched from Asana and Trello because Teamwork handles client projects with way better time tracking and invoicing features. It’s not perfect—UI can get a bit cluttered—but overall it fits our workflow better.

Smooth and quick setup
Getting everything set up was way easier than I expected, took me about an hour to have the main stuff running. Onboarding was straightforward and the learning curve was pretty gentle, though I wish some features had clearer explanations.

Worth the cost for teams
The pricing is a bit on the higher side, but for the kind of smooth collaboration it enables, it really pays for itself. Our small team found it easy to get everyone on board without breaking the bank, so overall, great value for what we get.

Great for complex projects
Tried Asana and Trello before settling on Teamwork because it handles complex projects way better without feeling cluttered. The time tracking feature is a lifesaver, though the mobile app can be a bit laggy sometimes. Overall, it's been a solid pick for keeping everyone on the same page without much hassle.

Better project tracking
Our team of about 10 started using Teamwork a few months ago, and after some initial pushback it really helped us keep track of projects better. Not everyone was on board at first, but once the boss insisted, collaboration got smoother and deadlines became easier to manage.
