Great balance of features
I gave Teamwork a shot after trying Asana and Trello for managing projects, and honestly it felt like a nice middle ground between them. The interface is cleaner than Trello's drag-and-drop boards, and the built-in time tracking beats Asana’s clunky integrations for keeping tabs on actual hours. It’s not perfect—sometimes notifications can get a bit overwhelming—but overall it helped our team stay more organized without feeling too complicated. Definitely glad we switched over, even if I wish the mobile app was a bit snappier.
