Great for team communication
Our team of about 15 started using Vidyard a few months ago to streamline how we share updates and client feedback. Getting everyone on board was surprisingly smooth since the interface is really intuitive—no one felt lost or overwhelmed. It’s made collaboration way easier, especially for remote folks who can’t just drop by a desk. Honestly, the quick video messages have cut down on back-and-forth emails and helped us move projects along faster.

Better branding control
Tried Loom and BombBomb before, but Vidyard gave me way better control over branding and analytics. The interface feels a bit clunky sometimes, but overall it made sharing videos way easier for my team.

Great for team updates
Our team of about 15 started using Vidyard for quick video updates and it's really helped with clearer communication. Took a bit of nudging to get everyone to actually use it regularly, but now it's become part of our daily workflow.

Smooth and straightforward setup
Getting started with Vidyard was surprisingly smooth. The onboarding materials were clear, and I had everything set up within a couple of hours without much trouble. There's a slight learning curve with some features, but overall it was easy to figure out.

Solid tool that keeps improving
After a couple of years with Vidyard, I've seen it get smoother and more intuitive, especially with how it integrates into other tools I use daily. The video quality and analytics have definitely improved over time, making my outreach more effective.

Good for basic tracking only
Our team was drowning in trying to track viewer engagement across multiple video campaigns, and Vidyard actually helped us get some basic insights in one place. It was super helpful to see who watched what and when, which let us tweak follow-ups more effectively. That said, the platform kept glitching with our larger files, and the analytics felt really limited compared to what we hoped for—plus, the interface was confusing and buggy at times. So while it solved part of the problem, it didn’t fully meet our needs for reliable, detailed data.

Best Video Tool Out There
Switched from Loom and BombBomb before settling on Vidyard, and it really stood out because the video quality is sharper and the analytics are way more detailed. I also like how easy it is to integrate with our CRM, which those other tools didn’t handle as smoothly. Overall, it just fits into our workflow better and makes follow-ups way simpler.

Analytics confusing, editing crashes
The video analytics feature seemed promising but was way too confusing to set up and didn't give the detailed info I expected. Also, the video editing tools are super basic and crashed on me a couple times, which was pretty frustrating for quick edits.

Great for team collaboration
Our team of about 12 started using Vidyard a few months ago after the boss pushed for better ways to share quick updates and client demos. Getting everyone on board was smoother than expected because the interface is pretty intuitive, though a couple of folks took a bit longer to get comfortable recording their screens. It’s definitely helped with collaboration since we can leave comments directly on videos, cutting down on endless email threads. The only downside I've noticed is sometimes the video uploads take longer than I'd like, especially on slower connections.
