Good features, pricey for small teams
Wrike offers a solid set of features, but the pricing feels a bit steep for what you get, especially if you're a small team. For us, it’s been decent value, but sometimes I wonder if there are cheaper tools that could cover most of our needs without the extra bells and whistles we don’t really use. The ROI is okay, but not outstanding, and you might want to wait for a discount or promotion before committing. Overall, it works but I wouldn’t say it’s worth every penny.

Good for team coordination
Our team of about 12 started using Wrike a few months ago and it really helped with keeping everyone on the same page. Getting everyone to actually use it took a bit, but once the department switched over, collaboration became way smoother.

Good features, but clunky UI
Switched from Asana to Wrike because of its more customizable dashboards, but found the interface a bit clunky and less intuitive overall. Compared to Monday.com, Wrike’s collaboration features felt solid, though the learning curve was steeper for our team.

Flexible and reliable project tool
Switched from Asana and Trello, and Wrike just felt more flexible for juggling multiple projects at once. The ability to customize workflows without too much hassle really helped our team stay on track better than the others did.

Smooth and straightforward setup
Getting everything set up was surprisingly smooth, and the onboarding guides really helped me get comfortable fast. It didn’t take long before I had my projects organized and team members added. There was a slight learning curve with some features, but nothing too overwhelming.

Solid for team collaboration
Our team of about 12 started using Wrike after our manager pushed for better project visibility. Getting everyone up to speed took a couple of weeks, but once we all got the hang of it, collaboration definitely improved and fewer emails were needed.

Good value for reliable tools
The pricing felt a bit steep at first, but the time we saved managing projects made it worth it. Definitely a solid investment if you need robust features without constant add-ons.

Good features, but kinda pricey
Wrike feels a bit pricey compared to some other project management tools I've tried, especially for smaller teams. While the features are solid and definitely useful, I’m not sure it fully justifies the monthly cost unless you really lean on the advanced options. For the amount we're paying, I expected a smoother user experience and fewer quirks. Overall, it’s decent value if you need the capabilities, but might be overkill for basic needs.

Hard to get team on board
Our team of 8 was forced to switch to Wrike by management, but honestly getting everyone to actually use it was a pain. The interface felt clunky and some features just didn't fit how we usually collaborate, so a lot of work ended up happening outside the tool anyway.

Smooth setup and onboarding
Getting set up with Wrike was smoother than I expected, and the onboarding materials helped speed things along. It took me a couple of hours to feel comfortable navigating the main features, but once past the initial learning curve, it clicked pretty well.
