Keeps projects in check

Really like how easy it is to keep track of projects and team stuff all in one place. Sometimes the interface feels a bit overwhelming but it’s way better than juggling emails.

Helped track bugs but clunky

We were drowning in keeping track of bugs across multiple teams and Atlassian's Jira helped us organize them way better. Still, it felt clunky and slow, plus customizing workflows was a pain and didn't always match how our teams wanted to work.

Centralized project chaos

Our team was drowning in scattered project updates and missed deadlines until we started using Atlassian tools to centralize everything. The way Jira tracks tasks and Confluence keeps docs all in one place really helped us stay on top of stuff, though sometimes the interface feels a bit clunky.

Great tracking, clunky docs

The Jira issue tracking is exactly what we needed to keep our projects on track and everyone aligned. Confluence is good for documentation too, but sometimes it feels a bit clunky when trying to organize lots of pages quickly.

Solid tools for projects

I use Atlassian tools for project stuff at work and honestly, they help keep things from getting crazy. Sometimes Jira feels a bit clunky, but overall it’s solid and saves me a lot of headaches. Definitely better than juggling a million emails.

Cleared up team chaos

Our team was drowning in scattered project updates and missed deadlines until we started using Atlassian’s tools. Being able to centralize issues, track progress in real time, and assign clear responsibilities really cleared up the chaos. The integration between Jira and Confluence made documentation accessible and reduced back-and-forth emails significantly. It’s not perfect—sometimes the setup can be a bit overwhelming—but overall, it helped us stay organized and on track like never before.

Reliable and Improving Over Time

Been with Atlassian for about 6 years now and it's come a long way since I first started. The tools have definitely gotten more intuitive and reliable, especially Jira and Confluence which I use daily. Sometimes updates introduce small bugs or change features without much warning, which can be annoying, but overall the platform keeps improving in ways that really help my team stay organized. Definitely a solid choice if you need something that scales with your projects.

Great for team collaboration

Our team of about 12 started using Atlassian tools mainly for project tracking and documentation, and it really helped bring some structure to how we share updates. Getting everyone on board took a bit of time since some folks were used to more informal methods, but once the basic workflows were set, collaboration became much smoother. The integration between Jira and Confluence made it easy to keep everything in one place, which cut down on a lot of back-and-forth emails. Overall, it's been a solid addition to our workflow, though sometimes the interface can feel a little cluttered.

Decent but clunky for us

Our team of about 15 started using Atlassian tools mainly for project tracking and documentation. Getting everyone on board was kinda tricky at first, especially since some folks found the interface overwhelming and preferred sticking to simpler tools. Collaboration improved somewhat, but I often felt like we spent more time figuring out how to use Jira workflows than actually working on tasks. Overall, it’s useful but definitely not the smoothest experience for a mixed group with different tech comfort levels.

Setup was a mixed experience

Getting Atlassian up and running was a bit of a mixed bag. The initial setup was straightforward enough and I had the basic tools working within an hour, which was nice. However, diving deeper into customization and integrations was where things got tricky and honestly took longer than expected. The learning curve is definitely noticeable, especially if you're new to their ecosystem, but once you get past that, it starts to click.
