Great for complex project tracking
Switched from Trello and Asana to Atlassian mainly for Jira, and it’s been a solid choice for managing complex projects with multiple teams. The setup was a bit overwhelming at first, but once we got the hang of it, the customization options and issue tracking really beat out the simpler interfaces of the others. Only downside is the occasional lag and clutter in the UI, but overall it’s been worth it.

Great for complex projects
Switched from Trello and Monday.com and found Atlassian much better for managing complex projects due to its flexibility and integrations. The learning curve was a bit steep at first, but once set up, it really streamlined our workflows and team communication. Definitely worth it if you want more control and customization.

Great for complex projects
Switched from Trello and Monday.com to Atlassian mainly because the integration between Jira and Confluence made tracking projects way easier for our team. The learning curve was a bit steep at first, but once we got used to it, the customization options really stood out compared to the other tools I tried. Sometimes the interface feels cluttered, which can be frustrating when you're trying to find something quick. Overall, it’s been solid for managing complex projects without feeling like you’re limited by simpler platforms.

Used to be better
Started using Atlassian over 7 years ago and honestly, it’s gotten harder to work with every update. Features feel bloated and their support has been slow when things break.

Good value for flexibility
It can feel a bit pricey at first, but for the amount of customization and integration we get, it definitely pays off in the long run.

Pricey but useful for teams
The pricing feels a bit steep for smaller teams, and some features don’t seem worth the extra cost. That said, if you use it fully, the ROI can be decent over time.

Great for complex projects
Switched from Trello and Monday.com to Atlassian, mainly for its deeper integration options with Jira and Confluence. While Trello was simpler for quick task tracking, Atlassian handles complex project workflows much better, and the ability to customize is a huge win for our team. The learning curve was a bit steep, but once you get the hang of it, it really streamlines everything.

Too complicated and clunky
Switched from Trello and Asana hoping Atlassian would streamline things, but honestly it just feels way too clunky and complicated. The interface is confusing and I spent more time figuring out how to make simple changes than actually managing projects. Trello’s simplicity and Asana’s cleaner design worked way better for us.

Too complex for simple needs
Switched to Atlassian after trying Trello and Monday, hoping for better project tracking. Honestly, it felt way more complicated than I needed and the interface wasn’t very intuitive. Trello’s simplicity and Monday’s visual setup seemed way smoother for what our team actually wanted.

Smooth setup and onboarding
Getting everything set up with Atlassian was surprisingly smooth. The onboarding process walked me through the basics clearly, and I had a decent handle on things within a day. There’s a bit of a learning curve with some advanced features, but overall it felt straightforward to get started.
