Good Value for Reliability

The pricing felt a bit steep at first, but the time saved on managing authentication more than made up for it. Definitely good value if you need solid, reliable security without extra hassle.

Solid and improving over time

Started using Auth0 about 4 years ago, and I've seen it get steadily better with each update. What I appreciate most is how they keep adding features that actually make a difference without overcomplicating things. The downtime has been rare, but once had a minor hiccup with their docs being a bit unclear on a new API change. Overall, it’s been reliable and flexible enough for my projects, and the support team usually gets back pretty quickly when I hit a snag.

Reliable and Improving Over Time

Started using Auth0 about five years ago, and it’s been solid throughout. Over time, they’ve gradually improved the dashboard and added more integrations, which really helped as our needs grew. The support team has been responsive whenever I hit snags, and I appreciate how they keep security features up to date without much hassle on my end. Sometimes the pricing tiers feel a bit steep as you scale, but overall it’s been a reliable tool for managing authentication.

Flexible with smooth integrations

Tried Okta and Firebase Auth before settling on Auth0 because the customization options here felt way more flexible for our needs. Setup was a bit tricky at first, but once running, the social login integrations just worked smoother than the others did for me.

Solid and easy to use

Auth0 has been a lifesaver for managing user logins without messing around with a bunch of code. Setting up social logins was surprisingly smooth, and the docs actually make sense most of the time. Sometimes the dashboard feels a bit clunky, but overall it’s reliable and saves me a ton of headaches.

Smooth adoption for our team

Our team of about 8 adopted Auth0 mainly for handling our app's authentication, and getting everyone on board was smoother than I expected since the setup was straightforward. Collaboration improved because the platform helped us centralize user management, though sometimes the documentation can be a bit dense when troubleshooting. Overall, it made life easier for both developers and the product team.

Solid and flexible auth choice

Tried Okta and Firebase Auth before, but Auth0 felt smoother to set up and had more flexible customization options for our login flows. The documentation was clear, which saved a lot of time compared to the others.

Worth the investment

Auth0 is definitely a bit pricey compared to some other options, but for the level of security and ease of integration it offers, it’s worth the investment. The time saved on managing authentication and the reduction in support issues have made it a great value for our mid-sized team. If you’re looking for something reliable and scalable, the ROI justifies the cost.

Setup was pretty straightforward and the docs helped a lot. A couple of quirks here and there, but overall it handles our login flow smoothly.

Flexible and reliable auth tool

Tried Okta and Firebase Authentication before settling on Auth0, mainly because it handled social logins and enterprise connections more smoothly for us. The setup wasn't flawless, but the flexibility with rules and extensibility made it worth sticking with. Overall, it just fit better with our existing stack and saved us time troubleshooting custom flows.
