Solid for team collaboration
I tried Dropbox and Google Drive before settling on Box, mostly because its collaboration features feel smoother for team projects. The way it handles permissions is a bit more straightforward, though sometimes the sync is slower than I’d like. Overall, it fits my workflow better than the others I tested.

Decent but mixed experience
Our team of about 15 people started using Box mainly to share files and keep things organized across projects. Getting everyone on board was a bit rough at first since a few folks preferred old-school email attachments or Dropbox, but after some pushing from management, most of us adapted. Collaboration on documents works okay, though occasionally syncing issues cause some confusion. Overall, it’s functional but not the most intuitive tool out there, so some team members still grumble about it.

Smooth and straightforward setup
Getting Box up and running was surprisingly straightforward. The onboarding guides were clear and helped me avoid any major headaches, so I actually had it set up within an afternoon. The interface is intuitive enough that picking up the basics didn’t take much time, though some of the advanced features took a bit of digging. Overall, the setup experience was smooth and didn’t slow down our workflow.

Worth the cost for teams
Box is definitely on the pricier side, but for the way it streamlines file sharing and collaboration in my small team, it pays for itself. The ROI comes from saved time and fewer headaches with version control, making it a solid investment in the long run.

Steady but mixed experience
Started using this about five years ago and while the core features have improved, some updates have made the interface less intuitive for me. It still works well for storage, but occasional glitches and pricing changes have been frustrating.

Good value for collaboration
Box isn’t the cheapest option out there, but for the way it handles file sharing and collaboration, it’s worth the cost. Our small team found the ROI pretty solid since it saves us a lot of back-and-forth emails and confusion. Sometimes the pricing tiers can get a bit confusing tho.

Solid value for teams
Box isn’t the cheapest option out there, but for the level of security and collaboration features it offers, it definitely pays for itself. In my experience, it’s great value for small teams that need reliable file sharing without constantly worrying about data loss or breaches.

Great for Team Collaboration
Our team of about 10 people started using Box for file sharing and project collaboration a few months ago. Getting everyone to switch from email attachments took a little convincing, but once the whole department was on board, it really cut down on version confusion and saved us a lot of time. The ability to leave comments directly on documents has been super helpful for quick feedback without endless back-and-forth messages. Sometimes syncing can be a bit slow, but overall it’s made collaboration much smoother.

Decent but has quirks
Our team of about 12 started using Box mainly because management pushed for a centralized place to share files. Getting everyone on board was a bit of a struggle since some folks preferred other tools they were used to, so adoption was uneven at first. Collaboration improved somewhat since we could comment directly on documents, but syncing issues and occasional lag made it frustrating during busy days. Overall, it’s okay for storing files, but it hasn’t completely replaced older workflows for us.

Smooth and straightforward setup
Getting started with Box was surprisingly smooth—setup didn’t take long and the onboarding materials made it easy to figure things out quickly.
