Finally tamed file chaos
My team was drowning in version control chaos with scattered files until Box made it easy to keep everything organized and synced. Being able to collaborate in real time without worrying about overwriting each other's work really saved us a ton of headaches.

Solid for Team Collaboration
Our team of about 12 switched to Box for file sharing, and after a bit of initial hesitation, everyone caught on pretty quickly. It’s made collaborating on projects way smoother, especially with real-time comments and version control.

Clean and secure file sharing
Tried Google Drive and Dropbox before, but Box’s interface just feels cleaner for managing shared folders at work. The security features are solid, though sometimes syncing can lag a bit on larger files.

Does the job okay
Box is alright for storing files, nothing fancy but it does the job without too many issues. Sometimes the syncing is a bit slow, which gets annoying when I’m in a rush. The interface is pretty clean though, so I don’t get lost trying to find stuff. Not the best out there, but it works for what I need.

Worth the investment overall
The pricing felt a bit steep at first, but after a few months it really started to pay off with how much time it saved our team. For what we get, especially the seamless collaboration and storage options, it’s definitely great value for small to mid-sized groups.

Great sharing and version control
The file sharing feature is exactly what we needed for quick collaboration, and the version history works great for tracking changes. The mobile app could use some improvement though, as it sometimes lags when uploading.

Great for team collaboration
Our team of about 12 people started using Box a few months ago after the boss insisted we switch from Google Drive. Getting everyone on board was a bit rough at first since some folks were used to other tools, but once we got past that, collaboration became a lot smoother, especially on shared projects where version control was a mess before. I like how easy it is to organize files and set permissions, though sometimes the sync can be a bit slow which causes small delays. Overall, it's made sharing and working together much easier compared to what we used before.

Box works pretty smoothly for sharing files with my team, and I like how easy it is to organize everything. Sometimes it feels a bit slow loading larger folders, but overall it’s been solid for what I need.

Reliable and team-friendly storage
Switched from Google Drive and Dropbox because I needed something that handled file permissions better for our team projects. Box really nailed the collaboration features, especially with its version control and commenting right inside files, which the others kinda lack. The interface took a little getting used to, and sometimes syncing feels slower than I'd like, but overall it feels way more reliable for larger files. Definitely worth it if you deal with tons of documents and want solid security options.
