Worth the investment

Pricing felt a bit steep at first, but the ease of use and solid results made it worth the cost in the end. Definitely good value if you’re serious about email campaigns.

Easy builder and solid automation

The drag-and-drop email builder is super easy to use and saved me hours designing campaigns. Also, the automation workflows actually made follow-ups way less stressful, which is a huge win for me.

Great Builder, Reporting Needs Work

The drag-and-drop email builder makes putting together campaigns super easy and flexible, which saved me a lot of time. The reporting dashboard is helpful, but I wish it was a bit more detailed and intuitive when tracking subscriber engagement.

Finally sorted email lists

Had a hard time keeping our email lists organized and avoiding duplicates, but Campaign Monitor’s segmentation tools made it way easier to target the right people without double sends. Took a bit to get used to the interface, but once I got it, campaigns ran smoother.

Streamlined email segmentation

We were struggling to manage our growing email list and keep our campaigns organized without accidentally sending duplicates or missing segments. Campaign Monitor made it way easier to segment our audience and automate follow-ups, which saved us a ton of time and headaches. The drag-and-drop email builder also helped me design clean emails without needing a developer. While the reporting could be a bit more detailed, it definitely solved the chaos we were facing.

Saved us hours weekly

Our small nonprofit was drowning in manual email list management and awkward segmentation, which made targeted campaigns a nightmare. Campaign Monitor made it way easier to segment our contacts based on engagement and interests, cutting down hours of busywork every week. The drag-and-drop email builder also saved us from having to hire a designer every time we needed to send a newsletter. The only hiccup is that their reporting dashboard sometimes takes a bit to load, but overall it's been a huge help.

Clean, customizable email tool

Switched from Mailchimp after finding Campaign Monitor's templates easier to customize without needing to mess with code. I also compared it to Constant Contact, but Campaign Monitor’s reporting tools felt more straightforward and useful for tracking engagement.

Worth the cost overall

The pricing feels a bit steep at first, but the ease of use and solid deliverability have made it worth the cost for my small biz. I’ve definitely seen better open rates since switching, which justifies the spend in my opinion. Would recommend if you’re serious about email marketing but maybe not for casual users.

Simple and Effective Email Tool

Campaign Monitor is pretty straightforward to use and the drag-and-drop editor makes designing emails way less frustrating than some other tools I've tried. I like how easy it is to segment lists and schedule campaigns without jumping through hoops. The reporting gives enough info to see what’s working, though sometimes it feels a bit slow loading. Overall, it's reliable and gets the job done without any annoying glitches.

Great builder, clunky reporting

The drag-and-drop email builder is exactly what we needed to quickly create clean, professional newsletters without fuss. I also appreciate the automation feature — setting up welcome emails and drip campaigns has saved me a lot of time. However, I found the reporting dashboard a bit clunky and not as intuitive as I’d like, which makes digging into campaign metrics more tedious than it should be.
