Quick and smooth setup
Getting started was surprisingly smooth—had everything set up in under an hour with no real hiccups. The onboarding guides were clear and actually helpful, so I didn’t feel lost at any point. Overall, I was impressed by how quickly I could jump into creating campaigns without a steep learning curve.

Worth the cost overall
The pricing feels a bit high at first, but the ease of use and solid deliverability have made it worth it for my small biz. Definitely seen better ROI than cheaper tools I've tried.

Challenging team adoption
Our team of about 10 was told to switch to Campaign Monitor by management, but honestly, getting everyone comfortable with it was a slow process. The interface isn’t very intuitive, and some of the collaboration features felt clunky, which led to confusion when multiple people tried editing campaigns at the same time. We often ended up reverting to email threads to clarify things, which kind of defeated the purpose of having a centralized tool. Overall, it felt more like a forced change rather than an improvement for our workflow.

Good value for results
The pricing felt a bit steep at first, but the results we’ve seen from our campaigns make it feel worth the cost. For what we get in ease of use and deliverability, it’s been a solid investment.

Easy, Clean, and Functional
I tried Mailchimp and Constant Contact before landing on Campaign Monitor, and the thing I like most here is how simple it is to create clean, professional-looking emails without a steep learning curve. The drag-and-drop editor feels more intuitive than the others I used, and their automation options are solid enough for my small business needs. That said, the pricing can get a bit steep as your list grows, which is the only downside I've noticed. Overall, it strikes a good balance between ease of use and powerful features, which is why I stuck with it.

Cleaner interface and better segmentation
Switched from Mailchimp after finding Campaign Monitor’s drag-and-drop editor way easier to use and their segmentation options more intuitive. Compared it to Constant Contact too, but I liked the cleaner interface here, even if the pricing is a bit higher.

Great for team collaboration
Our team of six switched to Campaign Monitor last year, and it really helped streamline how we collaborate on email campaigns. Getting everyone on board was smoother than expected since the interface is pretty intuitive, though some people had to get used to the reporting features.

Great Builder, Automation Needs Work
The drag-and-drop email builder is super intuitive and saved me a ton of time creating newsletters. I also like the reporting feature since it gives clear insights, though I wish the automation setup was a little more straightforward.
