Great for Team Collaboration

Our team of about 10 started using Canva for creating quick presentations and social media graphics. Getting everyone to adopt it was smoother than I expected, probably because the interface is pretty intuitive and some of us had experience with similar tools. Collaboration features like commenting and shared folders really helped cut down on back-and-forth emails. The only hiccup was a bit of lag when multiple people were editing the same file, but overall it’s become a staple for our day-to-day projects.

Solid and easy to use

Love how easy it is to whip up quick graphics, tho sometimes the templates feel a bit meh. Still, got me outta a bind more times than I can count.

Great editor, limited photos

The drag-and-drop editor is really smooth and intuitive, making it easy to create designs super fast. The only bummer is the photo library sometimes feels a bit limited unless you pay for premium.

Great for quick, easy designs

Switched from Adobe Spark and Figma to Canva because it just made designing quick and accessible without a steep learning curve. Adobe Spark felt a bit limited on customization, and Figma was great for UI work but overkill for simple social media posts. Canva's templates and drag-and-drop interface saved me a lot of time, plus their asset library is really diverse. The only downside is that some features are locked behind the paid plan, which can be a bit frustrating.

Simple and Effective Design Tool

Tried Adobe Spark and Crello before, but Canva just felt way more intuitive for quick projects. The templates are solid and editing is smooth, though sometimes it lags a bit when working on bigger files.

Easy Editor, Limited Filters

The drag-and-drop editor is super intuitive and speeds up my design process, but sometimes the photo filters feel a bit limited compared to other apps I've tried.

Good for quick visuals

Needed to create social media posts quickly for my small business and Canva made it easy to throw together visuals without any design experience. It saved me time but the free templates often felt too generic and limited customization options.

Easy and pretty solid

Love how easy it is to whip up quick designs without any stress, tho sometimes the templates feel a bit too basic for what I want.

Setup was quick but tricky

Getting started with Canva wasn’t a total breeze. The initial setup was quick enough—I had an account up and running in about 10 minutes—but figuring out all the features took a bit longer than I expected. The onboarding tutorials cover the basics but don’t dive deeply into some of the more useful tools, so I found myself hunting for answers online more than I’d like. Overall, it’s not a nightmare, but the learning curve isn’t as smooth as I hoped.

Used to love it, now disappointed

Started using this about 5 years ago and honestly, it’s gotten worse over time. What used to be a simple, easy-to-use tool now feels bloated and glitchy, especially with constant updates that seem to break more than they fix. Features I've relied on have been either locked behind expensive subscriptions or removed completely, which is super frustrating. At this point, it feels like they care more about pushing paid plans than actually improving the user experience.
