Great for team collaboration
Our team of about 8 people started using Canva mainly for quick marketing graphics and social media posts. Getting everyone on board took a bit longer than expected since some folks preferred their usual tools, but once they saw how easy it was to share and comment on designs, adoption picked up fast. Collaboration really improved because we could all work on projects simultaneously without endless email chains. The only downside is that sometimes the templates feel a bit limiting if you want something super custom.

Improved a lot over time
Started using this tool about five years ago, and it’s impressive how much smoother and more intuitive it’s become. What used to feel a bit clunky now flows really well, especially with all the new templates and collaboration options. It’s definitely made designing for my small projects way easier over time.

Good for quick stuff
Canva’s alright for quick designs, but sometimes it feels a bit limited when I try to get creative. The templates are helpful, but I wish there were more options that didn’t look so generic. Overall, not bad if you just want something simple and fast.

Decent but a bit pricey
The pricing feels a bit steep given how limited some of the features are on the free plan. It works well enough for quick projects and small designs, but if you need more advanced tools, the upgrade is kinda pricey and doesn’t always justify itself. For casual use, it's decent value, but I’m not sure it’s worth the cost if you’re using it heavily.

Smooth and quick setup
Getting started was really straightforward, and the onboarding guides helped me pick things up quickly. I had it set up and creating designs within about 15 minutes with almost no frustration.

Good value for small teams
I find Canva to be great value for small teams like mine. The pricing feels fair considering all the templates and easy-to-use features, and honestly, it’s saved me time that’s worth more than the cost. Might be a bit pricey if you’re only using it occasionally, but for regular use, it definitely pays off.

Good but getting crowded
Started using this about five years ago and while it’s definitely improved with new features, it sometimes feels slower and more cluttered than before. The templates are helpful, but the increasing number of paid options can get frustrating.

Easy and versatile design tool
I tried Adobe Spark and Crello before landing on Canva, and honestly, Canva just clicks better for me. Its drag-and-drop feels more intuitive, and the variety of templates is solid without being overwhelming. Adobe Spark had cool features but felt a bit clunky, and Crello’s interface was less polished. Canva wins mainly because it balances ease of use with enough customization, which really helps when I’m juggling quick projects.

Easy Editor, Team Features Lag
The drag-and-drop editor is super intuitive and saved me a ton of time on my projects. However, I wish the team collaboration tools were a bit smoother when working with multiple people at once.

Good for quick designs
I gave Canva a try after messing around with Adobe Spark and Crello, mainly because Canva’s interface felt less cluttered and easier to jump into. The templates are decent and there’s a solid variety of free assets, but sometimes the drag-and-drop can be a bit glitchy, which got frustrating on bigger projects. I liked Spark’s integration with Adobe apps better, but Canva’s simplicity won me over when I needed quick social media graphics. Still, for more advanced editing or customizations, it kinda falls short compared to the others I've tried.
