Steady improvements over time

Started with Constant Contact about six years ago, and I've noticed steady improvements over time. The interface used to feel clunky, but recent updates have made it much smoother and easier to navigate. Their customer support has been consistently helpful whenever I ran into issues, which made a big difference for me. Overall, it’s been reliable for managing my email lists and campaigns without too much hassle.

Easy templates, solid automation

Setup was a struggle
