Easy and reliable email tool

Been using Constant Contact for a few months now and honestly, it’s been pretty smooth. Setting up emails is easy enough and the templates look decent. Wish it was a bit cheaper, but overall it gets the job done without much hassle.

Gets the job done

Meh, it's okay I guess. The email templates are alright but kind of basic, nothing too fancy. Took me a bit longer than I expected to figure out some of the features since the interface isn’t super intuitive. Overall, it gets the job done for what I need, but kinda wished it was a bit smoother to use.

Worth the investment

Good templates, weak reports

Good Templates, Clunky Management

The email template designs are actually pretty solid and made setting up campaigns quicker than I expected. However, the contact management feels clunky and sometimes lags when handling larger lists, which gets frustrating. Also, their reporting dashboard could use more detailed insights to help track campaign performance better. Overall, it's useful but has a few rough edges that slow things down.

Decent but a bit clunky

It's alright, does most stuff fine but sometimes the interface feels kinda clunky and slow. Wish the templates were a bit more modern too.

Smooth and straightforward setup

Getting everything set up was straightforward and the onboarding guided me through the key steps without feeling overwhelming. Took about an hour to have my first campaign ready to go, which felt pretty quick.

Mixed feelings on usability

Our team of about 10 started using Constant Contact because the marketing lead wanted a change from our old tool. Getting everyone on board was a bit of a struggle since some found the interface clunky and not very intuitive. Collaboration features could be better; it’s not always easy to share drafts or get feedback within the platform. Overall, it works okay for sending newsletters, but it's not the seamless experience some of us hoped for.
