Worth the investment overall

The pricing is definitely on the higher side compared to some other email marketing tools, but for what you get, it feels worth it. The platform is reliable and easy to use, which saves me time and frustration. I've seen a solid return on investment because the features help me engage customers effectively without a steep learning curve. For small to mid-sized teams, it’s a solid choice if you’re willing to spend a bit more upfront.

Solid email editor, reporting needs work

The email template editor is exactly what we needed—easy to use and flexible enough to get the look we wanted without fuss. On the other hand, the reporting dashboard feels a bit clunky and could use some improvements to make data easier to interpret at a glance.

Great templates and contact management

The email template customization is exactly what we needed to match our brand’s look without any hassle. I also like how the contact management keeps everything organized, which saves me a ton of time. That said, the reporting dashboard could be more intuitive — sometimes it takes a bit too long to find the metrics I want.

Good value for serious users

The pricing feels a bit on the higher side, especially if you're just starting out or have a small contact list. However, the tools they offer have helped me save time and generate more leads, so the return on investment has been solid in my case. I think it’s great value if you’re serious about growing your email campaigns and don’t mind paying a bit extra for reliability and support. For what I get in ease of use and results, it’s worth the cost.

Helped with email chaos

Our team was drowning in managing email lists and keeping track of subscriber engagement, which was a nightmare before we started using Constant Contact. It made organizing contacts and setting up basic automated emails way easier, which saved us a lot of time. That said, the reporting feels limited and sometimes the email editor glitches, so it’s not perfect.

Decent but could improve

It’s alright for sending out emails and managing contacts, but the interface feels a bit clunky and sometimes slow. Wish it had more customization options without needing to dig around. Overall, it does what I need but nothing fancy.

Long-term but mixed feelings

After using Constant Contact for over five years, I’ve noticed some improvements in the interface and email templates, but it still feels a bit clunky compared to newer tools. The customer support has been hit or miss, and the pricing has crept up over time without adding many standout features. Overall, it does the job but doesn’t excite me the way it used to.

Setup was okay, not smooth

The onboarding was straightforward enough, but the setup dragged on longer than I expected with some confusing steps. Took me a bit to figure out the interface before I felt comfortable using it.

Works, but a bit clunky

Used Constant Contact for a few months to handle email newsletters. Honestly, the interface can be a bit clunky and not super intuitive, which got annoying when I was trying to set things up quickly. The templates are okay, nothing fancy, but they do the job. Overall, it’s fine for basic stuff but nothing that really blew me away.

Smooth and quick setup

Getting everything set up was surprisingly quick—I had most of my first campaign ready in under an hour. The onboarding emails and tutorials were clear without being overwhelming, which helped flatten the learning curve. Overall, it felt straightforward and didn’t leave me scratching my head.
