Decent but a bit pricey

The pricing feels a bit steep compared to other email marketing tools, especially when you’re just starting out. That said, the features they offer do help with getting decent engagement, so it can pay for itself if you use it right. Still, I wish there were more affordable tiers for smaller businesses.

Gets the job done

The platform does what I need for basic email campaigns, but the interface feels kinda clunky and outdated. Sometimes it’s a bit slow to load, which gets annoying when I’m in a rush. Not the worst, but definitely not the smoothest experience either.

Easy Templates, Reporting Needs Work

The email templates are super easy to customize, which saved me a ton of time. The reporting dashboard is helpful but could be a bit more intuitive when tracking engagement.

Reliable and Improving Over Time

Started using Constant Contact about five years ago, and it’s definitely improved in terms of ease of use and template options. The interface feels more modern now and the customer support has been solid whenever I needed help. It’s reliable for my email campaigns, though I wish some features were a bit more customizable.

Saved our event outreach

Our small nonprofit was drowning in managing email lists and sending out event invites manually, which was eating up way too much time. Constant Contact made it way easier to segment our audience and automate follow-ups, so now we actually get better attendance without the headache. The drag-and-drop email builder saved me a bunch of frustration because I’m not very tech-savvy. It’s not perfect—sometimes the templates feel a bit outdated—but overall it solved a huge pain point for us.

Saved our event invites

We were totally overwhelmed trying to keep our event invites organized, but Constant Contact made sending targeted emails way easier and saved me a ton of time. Only thing is the template designs feel a bit dated compared to others I've tried.

Good value despite price

The pricing feels a bit high for smaller lists, but honestly, the tools have helped me get a solid return on my campaigns. It’s definitely worth the spend if you’re looking for something that just works without too much hassle. Took me a bit to figure out some features, but once you do, the value really shows.

Helped manage emails better

Our small nonprofit was drowning in managing email lists and sending out event invites manually, which was taking up way too much time. Constant Contact helped by automating the email campaigns and organizing contacts better, so we finally got some of that time back. That said, the templates felt kind of basic and the interface isn’t the most intuitive, so there’s a bit of a learning curve. Overall, it helped with the bulk of our email chaos but wasn’t perfect for more detailed customization.

Good value for small biz

The pricing felt a bit steep at first, but after seeing how much easier it made managing my email lists and tracking campaigns, I think it’s worth the investment. For a small business like mine, the ROI has been solid, even if I wish some features weren’t locked behind higher tiers. Overall, good value for what you get.

Helped with email list chaos

We were struggling to organize our email lists and keep track of customer engagement, but Constant Contact made it easier to segment and target. That said, the reporting features felt a bit limited for what we needed.
