Good value for the price
For what I need, Constant Contact offers solid value. The pricing is a bit on the higher side compared to some other tools, but honestly, the ease of use and the customer support make it worth it. I've seen a decent ROI with my email campaigns, so it feels like a good investment overall. The only downside is that some of the features feel a little basic given the cost.

Great for team email work
Our team of about 8 people started using Constant Contact to manage our email campaigns and it actually made collaboration smoother than I expected. Getting everyone on board was a bit slow at first since some folks preferred other tools, but after a couple of training sessions, most of the team was comfortable using it. The scheduler and template sharing features helped us stay aligned and reduced the back-and-forth emails. The only thing that bugs me sometimes is the occasional lag when loading large contact lists, but overall it’s been a solid addition to our workflow.

Simple and reliable email tool
I tried Mailchimp and Sendinblue before landing on Constant Contact, and honestly, this one felt more straightforward for managing my email campaigns without a steep learning curve. The templates are clean and easy to customize, which saved me a lot of time compared to Sendinblue’s more complicated editor. Also, their customer support was quick to respond when I hit a snag, which made a big difference. The only downside is that some advanced features felt a bit limited unless you upgrade, but for my small business needs, it’s been a solid choice.

Great Automation, Reporting Needs Work
The email automation feature is exactly what we needed to keep our campaigns consistent without spending hours every week. Setting up drip sequences was surprisingly straightforward, which saved me a lot of headaches. However, the reporting dashboard feels a bit clunky and could be more intuitive when trying to analyze detailed metrics. Overall, it's a solid tool that handles the main tasks well but could use some polish in the analytics area.

Good value for small teams
The pricing felt a bit steep at first, but after a few campaigns, I noticed a solid return on my investment. Definitely great value for small teams who want reliable email marketing without a ton of hassle. Just wish some of the features were a bit more intuitive.

Easy and reliable email tool
Tried Mailchimp and Sendinblue before, but Constant Contact just felt easier to use for creating quick campaigns without messing around too much. The templates are solid and the support helped me fix a signup form issue fast, though sometimes the editor can be a bit clunky.

Solid and Improving Over Time
Started using Constant Contact about five years ago for my small business newsletters. Over time, the platform has definitely improved, especially with the new templates and reporting features that make it easier to understand how my campaigns perform. The interface feels more intuitive than it did when I first signed up, though occasionally the email editor can be a bit glitchy. Overall, it’s been reliable and has grown alongside my needs, making it a solid choice in my experience.

Simple and solid email tool
I was kinda surprised how easy it was to set up my email campaigns. The templates are decent and saved me a bunch of time, but sometimes the drag-and-drop editor can be a bit clunky. Overall, solid for what I need though.

Great Templates, Contact Sorting Needs Work
The email template editor is exactly what I needed—super easy to drag and drop elements to create a clean design without any hassle. The contact management feature works well, but I wish it was a bit more intuitive when sorting large lists.
