Smooth team adoption overall

Our team of six started using ConvertKit a few months ago to handle email campaigns and automation. Getting everyone on board took a couple of weeks since some were used to different tools, but once we got past that, collaboration became much smoother with shared templates and clear tagging. The whole department really appreciates how easy it is to segment audiences without messing up other people’s work, which was a big win for us. It’s been a solid addition overall, though I wish the reporting dashboards were a bit more detailed.

Easy and straightforward email tool

ConvertKit makes setting up email sequences way easier than I expected. I dig how simple it is to tag subscribers and automate stuff without a headache. Only thing is, the templates could use a bit more variety.

Solved my email chaos

I was struggling to keep my email sequences organized while trying to personalize messages for different audience segments. ConvertKit's tagging system made it super easy to target exactly who needed to get each email without creating a million separate lists. Setting up automation was surprisingly straightforward, and it saved me hours every week. The only thing I wish was better is the reporting detail, which sometimes feels a bit basic for the data I want.

Solid and improving over time

Started using ConvertKit about five years ago, and it’s come a long way since then. The interface has improved a lot, making automation much smoother, though sometimes it still feels a bit clunky when setting up complex sequences. Overall, it’s been reliable and continually getting better, which keeps me sticking around.

Smooth team transition

Our team of six switched to ConvertKit a few months ago for managing newsletters and automation. Getting everyone on board was smoother than I expected since the interface is pretty straightforward, and it helped that the boss pushed for it. Collaboration improved because we could easily share templates and segment our audience without confusion.

Great automation, tagging needs tweaks

The automation builder is easy to use and saved me tons of time setting up email sequences, but I wish the tagging system was a bit more flexible for managing subscribers.

Worth the investment

The pricing is a bit on the higher side, but for the features and ease of use, it pays for itself pretty quickly. For my small business, the automation and segmentation tools have helped me see a clear ROI. Definitely great value if you’re serious about email marketing and don’t mind investing a little upfront.

Smooth and straightforward setup

Getting started with ConvertKit was surprisingly smooth. The onboarding guided me through the basics without feeling overwhelming, and I had my first email sequence set up in less than an hour. The interface is clean, so even without much prior experience, I didn’t get stuck anywhere. Overall, it just felt like a straightforward process from start to finish.

Consistently improving and reliable

Started using this over four years ago, and it’s only gotten smoother and more intuitive. The way they keep adding useful features without making things complicated has really impressed me.
