Disappointed After Years

Been with ConvertKit for over 4 years, and honestly, it feels like the product has gone downhill instead of improving. Features that once worked smoothly now seem buggy or overly complicated, and their pricing keeps creeping up without much to show for it. It’s frustrating to see a tool I relied on get harder to use rather than better.

Best for Easy Automation

Tried Mailchimp and AWeber before, but ConvertKit just clicks better for how I handle my email funnels. The tagging system is way easier to manage and the automation setup feels less clunky, which saved me a ton of headaches.

Steady improvements over time

Started with ConvertKit about five years ago, and it’s been steadily improving in ways that actually matter for me. The interface feels smoother now, and the automation options have gotten a lot more flexible without feeling overwhelming. Definitely a tool that grows with you instead of outgrowing you.

Worth the investment

For what I get, ConvertKit feels like a solid investment. It's not the cheapest out there, but the time saved and the ease of use make it worth every penny.

Solid value for serious creators

ConvertKit isn’t the cheapest email service out there, but for what I get, it feels worth the price. The automation tools save me a ton of time, and that has definitely helped boost my income from email marketing. For small teams or solo creators, it’s a solid investment that pays off, though I can see how the price might be a stretch if you’re just starting out. Overall, it offers good value if you’re serious about growing your list and engaging subscribers.

Simple and team-friendly

Our team of six shifted to ConvertKit last quarter and getting everyone on board was surprisingly smooth—mainly because the interface just clicks for both marketing and content folks. Collaboration improved since we can easily share templates and track email performance without emailing each other constantly.

Smooth and quick setup

Getting started with ConvertKit was surprisingly smooth. The onboarding emails and tutorials guided me step-by-step, so I didn’t feel lost at any point. Setting up my first email sequence took less than an hour, which felt really quick compared to other tools I’ve tried. The interface is straightforward enough that I didn’t run into a steep learning curve, making implementation a breeze.

Had trouble keeping my email sequences organized and personalized for different audience segments, but ConvertKit made it easy to set up clear automation that actually works without confusing me. It's saved me so much time and my open rates have gone up noticeably.

Smooth team email switch

Our team of 8 switched over to ConvertKit last quarter, and honestly, getting everyone on board was smoother than I expected. It’s helped us coordinate email campaigns way better, and collaborating on workflows feels less messy than before. The only hiccup is sometimes the tagging feels a bit clunky, but it’s nothing major.

Solid and improving tool

Been with them for about 4 years now and the platform just keeps getting easier to use. Some updates took a bit to get used to, but overall it’s become way more reliable for my email campaigns.
