Decent but with hiccups
Our team of about 12 was pushed to switch to Crowdstrike by management last year. Getting everyone on board was kinda rough since some preferred the old tools, and it took a few weeks for folks to really get comfortable with it. Collaboration-wise, it’s decent but not super intuitive when sharing alerts or reports within the team. Overall, it’s reliable for endpoint security, but the learning curve and some clunky features held us back from fully embracing it.

Worth the investment overall
The pricing is definitely on the higher side, but considering how much it’s helped us catch threats before they became a real problem, it feels like a smart investment. For a mid-sized team worried about security, the return on what we pay has been clear in saved time and fewer incidents.

Solid security tool for teams
Our team of about 12 switched to Crowdstrike last year, and getting everyone on board was smoother than I expected since the interface is pretty intuitive. It’s helped us catch threats faster, and the shared dashboards have definitely improved how we collaborate on incidents. The initial setup took some time, but once that was done, the whole department adapted quickly.

Solid protection, minor setup hiccups
Been using Crowdstrike at work and honestly, it catches most threats without slowing my computer down. Setup was a bit confusing at first, but once it’s running, it’s pretty solid. Definitely feels like it’s watching my back better than some other tools I’ve tried.

Cut down false alerts
We were constantly getting alerts that turned out to be false positives, which made it hard to focus on real threats. Crowdstrike helped cut down noise significantly, letting us prioritize actual breaches faster and respond more effectively.

Smooth and straightforward setup
Getting Crowdstrike up and running was surprisingly straightforward. The onboarding process walked me through most of what I needed, and the setup didn’t take more than a couple of hours. There was a slight learning curve when diving into some of the advanced features, but the documentation helped a lot. Overall, it felt like a smooth experience without any major headaches.

Works fine but a bit clunky
Crowdstrike does the basics alright, but sometimes it feels a bit clunky and slows things down more than I’d like. The interface isn’t super intuitive, so there’s a bit of a learning curve before you get comfortable with it. That said, it catches a decent amount of threats and hasn’t let anything major slip through on my watch. Not bad overall, just expected it to be a bit smoother.

Good detection, clunky dashboard
The real-time threat detection caught some issues quickly, which was great, but the dashboard can be confusing and slow to load at times.

Solid but needs polish
Been with them for over three years now, and while the detection capabilities have definitely improved, I've also noticed the interface can get a bit sluggish and overwhelming at times. Support has been hit or miss depending on who you get, which can be frustrating when dealing with urgent issues.

Solid protection, minor learning curve
Catches threats pretty quick and hasn’t slowed down my system, which is a win in my book. Took a bit to get used to the interface but overall solid.
