Reliable detection, needs simpler dashboard

The real-time threat detection is exactly what we needed to stay ahead of attacks, and the lightweight agent barely affects system performance. However, the reporting dashboard could be more intuitive for quick insights.

Better detection, lighter impact

Switched from McAfee to Crowdstrike and glad we did. The interface is way more intuitive and performance impact on our systems is noticeably lighter. We also looked at SentinelOne, but Crowdstrike's threat detection felt a bit sharper for our needs, even if the pricing is a bit steep.

Gets the job done, kinda

Crowdstrike does what I need most of the time, but sometimes it feels a bit sluggish and confusing to navigate. The alerts are helpful though, so I guess it’s alright for basic stuff. Wish it was a bit more user-friendly tho.

Smooth and straightforward setup

Getting Crowdstrike up and running was surprisingly smooth. The onboarding materials were clear, and I had the main components installed in under an hour without much hassle. There was a bit of a learning curve diving into the full dashboard, but overall it didn’t slow me down much.

Solid and reliable protection

Honestly surprised how smooth Crowdstrike runs. Caught some stuff my old setup missed and didn’t slow down my machine much, which is always a win. Wish the setup was a bit less confusing, but once it's up, it's solid.

Good, but not perfect

Switched from Symantec to Crowdstrike because the cloud-based setup felt more modern, but the learning curve was steeper than expected and some features aren't as intuitive as I hoped. It’s decent for endpoint detection, but I found Carbon Black easier to navigate overall.
