Smooth session recording and rotation

The session recording feature is a lifesaver for auditing and troubleshooting, super clear and easy to navigate. The password rotation works seamlessly too, though sometimes the notifications come a bit late.

Reliable and improving constantly

Started using CyberArk about six years ago, and it’s only gotten smoother and more reliable with each update. The interface has improved a lot, making vault management way less of a hassle, and their support team has always been quick to help when needed. Overall, it’s been a solid tool that just keeps getting better over time.

Worth the cost for security

CyberArk is definitely on the pricier side, but we've seen a solid ROI by reducing security risks and simplifying credential management. For what it does, it’s worth the investment if you need strong privileged access controls.

Best for Privileged Access Control

Switched from Thycotic and BeyondTrust after struggling with clunky interfaces and slow support, and honestly CyberArk just felt way smoother to use. The setup was a bit of a headache, but once running, the level of control and audit detail blew the others out of the water. I especially appreciate how easy it is to manage privileged accounts without constant back-and-forth with IT. The only downside is that the pricing feels a bit steep for smaller teams, but for what it offers, it’s totally worth it.

Solved Privileged Access Chaos

We were constantly struggling to manage and secure privileged accounts across multiple systems, which was a huge headache and security risk. CyberArk made it way easier to centralize access controls and automate password rotations, so we finally have peace of mind knowing those accounts are locked down properly.

Simplified privileged access management

We were drowning in managing privileged access across multiple systems, which was causing constant headaches and potential security risks. CyberArk really helped by centralizing and automating password vaulting, cutting down on manual errors and making audits way easier. It’s not perfect, but it solved a big pain point for our security team.

Smooth and straightforward setup

Getting CyberArk up and running was smoother than I expected. The onboarding team was helpful, and I had the core system set up in a couple of days without too much headache. There was a slight learning curve figuring out some of the advanced features, but overall the documentation did a decent job guiding me through. Would’ve liked a bit more clarity on initial configuration options though.

Worth the investment

CyberArk is a bit pricey upfront but honestly, the ROI makes it worth it for our security needs. The value it adds in preventing access issues and breaches has saved us way more than the cost, so I’d say it’s worth every penny.

Super handy for security

Honestly, CyberArk just makes managing passwords and access way less of a headache. Setup took a bit, but once it’s rolling, I don’t have to worry about security slipping through the cracks.
