Solved Our Privileged Access Mess

Our team was drowning in managing countless privileged accounts across different systems, and it was a real headache keeping track of who had access to what. CyberArk helped us centralize and automate password rotations, which seriously cut down on security risks and audit prep time. The setup was a bit tricky at first, but once we got past that, it’s been smooth sailing. Honestly, it saved us from a potential security nightmare we didn’t even fully realize was looming.

Best fit for complex setups

Tried both BeyondTrust and Thycotic before, but CyberArk's interface just clicks better for our team, and the session monitoring is way more reliable. Setup took a bit longer than expected, but once configured, it just runs smooth without constant tweaking.

Solid for team password management

Our team of about 12 switched to CyberArk after the boss pushed for better password management. Getting everyone on board took a couple weeks since some folks found it a bit clunky at first, but now collaboration around privileged access is way smoother. The only hiccup is that the UI can be a bit confusing for new users.

Smooth team adoption

Our team of eight started using CyberArk to manage privileged access, and getting everyone on board was surprisingly smooth given how critical the tool is. Collaboration improved because we all had clear visibility on credentials and workflows.

Reliable Over The Years

Started using CyberArk about five years ago, and it's definitely improved since then. The interface feels more intuitive now, and their support team has gotten a lot quicker at resolving issues. I appreciate how much more stable and reliable the platform is compared to when I first started. Overall, it’s been a solid tool for managing privileged access in our environment.

Smooth and straightforward setup

Getting CyberArk up and running was surprisingly smooth. The onboarding team was helpful, and the setup took a couple of days, which felt reasonable given the complexity. There was a bit of a learning curve with some of the features, but overall it was easy enough to get started without too much hassle.

Solid and reliable security

CyberArk’s been solid for keeping our passwords locked down without too much hassle. Took a bit to get used to the interface, but once you're in, it just works like a charm. Definitely makes managing privileged accounts way less stressful.

Strong control and monitoring

Tried both BeyondTrust and Thycotic before settling on CyberArk because its session monitoring and granular access controls felt more reliable in a real-world setup. The interface took a bit to get used to, but overall it handled our complex environment better than the others.
