Smooth team adoption overall

Our team of about 12 switched to CyberArk for managing privileged access, and honestly, getting everyone on board was smoother than I expected. The boss pushed for it after a security audit, and now collaboration around credential sharing is way easier, even if a couple folks took a bit to get used to the interface. Overall, it’s really tightened up our security without slowing us down.

Reliable and improving steadily

Started using CyberArk about 5 years ago, and honestly, it’s come a long way since then. The interface used to be kinda clunky and confusing, but recent updates have made it way more user-friendly. I appreciate how it’s stayed reliable and the security features have definitely improved over time. Occasionally the setup process can be a bit tedious, but overall it’s been a solid tool for managing privileged access in our org.

Solid and reliable security

Honestly, CyberArk just works like a charm for keeping all our passwords and access locked down. Setup took a bit but once it’s running, I barely have to think about it. Definitely peace of mind for anyone dealing with sensitive creds.

Solved Password Chaos Easily

Our team was drowning in managing privileged account passwords across multiple servers, and it was a constant headache keeping everything secure without slowing down operations. CyberArk stepped in and automated the password rotations and access controls, which saved us hours every week and seriously cut down on security risks. The setup was a bit tricky at first, but once running, it’s been rock solid and made our audits way easier. Honestly, it’s been a huge relief not having to worry about manual errors or forgotten credentials anymore.

Super easy and effective

Honestly surprised how smooth CyberArk is to set up and use. It saved me a ton of time managing all those tricky passwords and access controls without making me jump through hoops. The interface is pretty straightforward, and I didn’t have to dig through a million menus to find what I needed. Definitely made my life easier on security stuff.

Started using CyberArk about five years ago, and it’s definitely improved in terms of usability and feature set. The interface has gotten more intuitive, and their support has been reliable when we’ve needed it. It’s not perfect, but overall it’s been a solid tool that keeps getting better.

Simplified Access Management

We were struggling with managing access to critical systems across several teams, which was a total mess. CyberArk helped us centralize and automate password rotations, cutting down on security risks and saving a ton of admin time, though setting it up took longer than expected.

Too complicated and clunky

I gave CyberArk a shot after trying BeyondTrust and Thycotic, hoping it would fit our needs better, but honestly, it was frustrating to work with. The setup was overly complicated, and the UI felt clunky compared to BeyondTrust’s more intuitive design. Plus, their customer support was slow to respond when we hit snags, which made troubleshooting a nightmare. If you want something that just works smoothly from the start, BeyondTrust might save you a lot of headaches.
