Mixed feelings on Domo adoption

Our team of about 10 people started using Domo a few months ago after the boss pushed for it to replace our old reporting tools. Getting everyone on board was tougher than expected since some folks found the interface confusing at first, especially those less tech-savvy. Collaboration has improved a bit because we can all access dashboards in one place, but there are still glitches that slow down updates. Overall, it’s a mixed bag—helpful for quick overviews but not always reliable when digging deeper into data.

Smooth and straightforward setup

Getting Domo up and running was surprisingly smooth. The onboarding guided me through the key steps without feeling overwhelming, and I was able to connect our data sources in just a few hours. There was a bit of a learning curve when exploring some of the more advanced features, but the basics came together quickly enough to keep things moving. Overall, setup didn’t hold me back and felt well supported.

Helped with data consolidation

Keeping track of multiple data sources was a nightmare for our small sales team until we started using Domo. It made consolidating data easier, but the learning curve and occasional glitches slowed us down more than I'd like.

Smooth and straightforward setup

More hassle than help

Improves with time

After about three years using Domo, I've noticed it keeps getting more intuitive and flexible. At first, connecting different data sources felt a bit clunky, but recent updates have smoothed that out considerably. The dashboards are cleaner now, and it's easier to customize reports exactly how I want them without jumping through hoops. Overall, it's been a solid tool that’s definitely improved with time.

Solid and easy to use

Domo's been pretty solid for keeping track of all my data in one spot. The dashboards are easy to mess around with, and it hasn’t crashed on me yet. Wish it was a bit faster loading some of the bigger reports though.

Great for team visibility

Great for Team Collaboration

Our team of about 10 people started using Domo last year after our manager pushed for a more unified dashboard tool. Getting everyone on board was a bit slow at first since some folks preferred their old Excel sheets, but once we saw how easy it was to pull live data and share updates, adoption picked up quickly. The collaboration features have definitely helped us keep track of KPIs without bouncing between emails and chats. Sometimes the interface feels a bit cluttered, but overall it’s been a solid addition to how we work together.
