Mixed feelings on Domo adoption
Our team of about 10 people started using Domo a few months ago after the boss pushed for it to replace our old reporting tools. Getting everyone on board was tougher than expected since some folks found the interface confusing at first, especially those less tech-savvy. Collaboration has improved a bit because we can all access dashboards in one place, but there are still glitches that slow down updates. Overall, it’s a mixed bag—helpful for quick overviews but not always reliable when digging deeper into data.

Smooth and straightforward setup
Getting Domo up and running was surprisingly smooth. The onboarding guided me through the key steps without feeling overwhelming, and I was able to connect our data sources in just a few hours.
