Decent but a bit pricey
Domo offers a solid platform but it feels a bit pricey, especially for smaller teams without a huge budget. The ROI can be decent if you really dive into all its features, but some tools feel like overkill for what we actually need. Overall, it’s decent value, just make sure you’re ready to invest the time and money.

Great visuals, integration lags
The data visualization tools in Domo are exactly what we needed to quickly make sense of complex datasets. Setting up dashboards was straightforward, and the drag-and-drop interface made customizing reports painless. However, the data integration feature can be a bit slow at times, especially when pulling from multiple sources, which sometimes interrupts the workflow.

Mixed feelings after years
Started using Domo about three years ago, and while it’s come a long way with new features, some updates feel clunky or overcomplicated. There are moments it really shines for data visualization, but other times it feels like it’s trying to do too much and gets slow. Still, it’s decent for what I need, just wish the interface was a bit more intuitive.

Not worth the hassle
Tried Domo after using Tableau and Power BI, hoping for something more intuitive, but honestly it felt clunky and overpriced. The dashboards were slow to load and the learning curve was steeper than expected. Power BI felt way smoother and more flexible for what we needed.

Great visuals, shaky app
The data visualization tools are really helpful and make spotting trends easier, which is exactly what we needed. However, the mobile app feels clunky and sometimes crashes, which can be frustrating when I’m on the go.

Great visuals, tricky setup
The visualization tools are exactly what we needed to quickly make sense of complex data. However, the data integration setup was a bit clunky and took longer than I expected to configure properly.

Smooth onboarding and setup
Getting Domo up and running was surprisingly smooth. The onboarding guided me well, and while there was a bit of a learning curve with some features, overall setup didn’t take long.

Useful but needs improvement
Started using Domo about five years ago, and while the platform has definitely added new features over time, some updates feel more like window dressing than real improvements. The dashboards are useful but can be slow to load on larger data sets, which gets frustrating. Overall, it’s reliable but hasn’t quite kept pace with my evolving needs.

Worth the investment overall
Domo feels a bit pricey upfront, but the insights we've gained have definitely paid for themselves by helping us make smarter decisions faster. For what we get in terms of data integration and visualization, it's great value, especially if you need a comprehensive tool rather than just basic reporting.

Streamlined Sales Reporting
Our sales data was all over the place and hard to track, but Domo brought everything together in one dashboard that updates in real-time. Now I can spot trends without digging through spreadsheets all day.
