Mixed feelings on Ecwid
Our team of six was pushed to use Ecwid for managing online sales, and while some of us caught on quickly, others found the setup confusing. Collaboration wasn’t seamless since it lacks some features we needed for tracking team roles, which slowed down adoption. Overall, it works okay but didn’t fully fit the way we like to work together.

Smooth and easy setup
Getting Ecwid up and running was surprisingly smooth. The onboarding guided me through the essentials without overwhelming me, which made the whole setup feel manageable even though I’m not super tech-savvy. It took about an hour to have my store looking decent and integrated with my site, which felt reasonable. The learning curve was gentle enough that I didn’t feel stuck at any point, though some of the more advanced features took a bit of exploration.

Easy setup, minor app lag
Setup was super easy and I got my small shop running in no time. Wish the mobile app was a bit smoother tho, sometimes it lags on my phone.

Easy setup, good value
I checked out Shopify and BigCommerce before settling on Ecwid, mainly because Ecwid made it way easier to add a store right onto my existing website without rebuilding everything. The setup felt more straightforward, and the pricing was a bit friendlier for what I needed.

Solid and Improving Platform
Been with them for over 4 years and it’s definitely gotten smoother and more reliable over time. Some features felt a bit clunky at first, but they’ve added useful updates that really helped my store run better.

Solid value for growth
The pricing felt a bit steep at first, but after seeing how much easier it made managing my online store, it definitely pays off. Great value if you’re serious about growing without a huge team.

Great inventory management
The inventory management feature in Ecwid is exactly what we needed to keep track of stock across multiple sales channels. It’s straightforward to update quantities, and it syncs really well, which saves a ton of time. However, the reporting tools could use some improvement as they feel a bit basic and sometimes don’t give the detailed insights I’m looking for.

Easy setup, solid integration
Tried Shopify and BigCommerce before, but Ecwid felt simpler to set up on my existing website without a full redesign. It’s flexible and integrates well, though the reporting tools could be a bit more detailed.

Solid value for small shops
The pricing felt fair for what I got, especially since it helped me get my store up and running quickly without extra costs sneaking in. It’s definitely a solid value for small businesses, and the return on investment made sense once sales started coming through. While not the cheapest option out there, the convenience and features more than justify the cost in my experience.

Solved my inventory headache
Was struggling to sync my inventory across multiple channels without messing up stock numbers, and Ecwid made it way easier to keep everything updated in real time. It’s not perfect but way less stressful now.
