Been with them for about 4 years now and I've seen Ecwid change a lot — some updates have made things easier, but other times features I relied on got moved around or made more confusing. The basic setup still works fine for a small store, but scaling up feels like a pain and sometimes the support takes forever to get back to you. I do like how it integrates with different platforms easily, but wish they were more consistent with bug fixes. Overall, it’s alright but don’t expect it to be perfect.
