Great catalog, app needs work
The product catalog feature is exactly what we needed to organize tons of items without getting overwhelmed. I love how easy it is to update prices and descriptions on the fly, but the mobile app could be more responsive—sometimes it lags when I try to add new products on my phone.

Easy setup, limited flexibility
Trying to get a simple online store running quickly was a pain until I tried Ecwid. It helped me add products and integrate with my existing website easily, but the customization options felt pretty limited and some features require extra costs.

Decent but has limits
Been with them for over 4 years now, and while the platform has definitely grown, some features still feel a bit clunky and limited compared to newer competitors. It works fine for small stores, but I’ve run into some frustrating roadblocks as my business expanded.

Easy store setup, limited features
We were struggling to quickly add an online store to our existing website without rebuilding everything from scratch. Ecwid helped me set up a simple shop widget that integrated smoothly, but the limited customization options and occasional glitches made it less ideal for a growing business.

Great value for small stores
For my small online store, Ecwid offers great value without breaking the bank. The pricing feels fair considering how easy it is to set up and manage multiple sales channels, so the return on investment has been solid. While there are some limitations on the lower plans, overall it’s definitely worth the cost.

Smooth and straightforward setup
Getting Ecwid set up was surprisingly smooth—I had my basic store up and running within an hour without much hassle. The onboarding guides were clear, which helped me avoid the usual frustration of jumping into a new platform. There was a slight learning curve when customizing some features, but overall, it felt pretty intuitive.

Works okay, could improve
Decent platform for setting up a quick store, but sometimes the interface feels kinda clunky and a bit slow. Wish the shipping options were easier to customize too. Overall, not bad but nothing wow either.

Simple and solid ecommerce tool
Tried Shopify and BigCommerce before but Ecwid felt easier to set up and customize for my small store without needing to dive deep into coding. The interface is clean and I like how well it integrates with my existing website, though sometimes the mobile app feels a bit glitchy.

Finally sorted inventory chaos
Our small team was drowning in managing inventory across multiple platforms, and it was a nightmare keeping everything synced. Ecwid made it super easy to centralize our online store and automatically update stock levels, which saved us from constant manual checks. The integration with our existing website was smooth, and the mobile app helped us track orders on the go. It didn’t solve every tiny issue perfectly, but overall it really cut down our workload and confusion.

Smooth team adoption overall
Our small team of six started using Ecwid to manage our online store, and getting everyone on board was smoother than I expected since the interface is straightforward. Collaboration improved because we could all jump in to update inventory or tweak listings without much back-and-forth. The only hiccup was a few integrations that weren’t as seamless as hoped, but overall it’s been a solid addition to our workflow.
