Worth the investment
The pricing seems a bit steep at first, but the tools have saved me a lot of time, so it’s definitely paid off in the long run. For small teams, the collaboration features alone make it worth the cost.

Great collaboration, iffy offline mode
The collaboration tools in Google Docs are exactly what we needed for real-time teamwork, making edits and comments smooth and clear. However, the offline mode in Drive can be a bit unreliable sometimes, which disrupts my workflow when internet access is spotty.

Smooth collaboration, mostly reliable
I switched from Microsoft 365 after struggling with some of its desktop app limitations, and Google Workspace really felt more flexible, especially for real-time collaboration. Compared to Slack, which we also tried for communication, Google's built-in chat and video tools keep everything in one place without needing extra apps. The seamless integration between Docs, Sheets, and Drive made sharing and editing super straightforward for my small team. The only downside is that offline functionality can be a bit spotty at times.
