A bit pricey for value
The pricing feels a bit steep for smaller teams like mine, and I’m not sure the return justifies the cost yet. It has potential, but I expected more value for the price.

Overcomplicated and frustrating
Switched from Lever and Workable hoping for an easier setup, but Greenhouse ended up being way more complicated and less intuitive. The interface feels clunky and getting support was a pain, so I’d recommend sticking with the others if ease of use matters.

Works okay, could improve

Getting set up with Greenhouse was actually smoother than I expected. The onboarding process guided me step-by-step, and I had the core features working in about a day. Decent but can improve
Our team of about 12 started using Greenhouse for managing recruitment last year. Getting everyone on board was kinda rough at first since some prefer old-school email chains, but most got used to it after a few months.
