Great scheduling and scorecards
The interview scheduling feature is exactly what we needed to keep everything organized without back-and-forth emails. I also really appreciate how the candidate scorecards help the team stay aligned, though the reporting dashboard could be a bit more intuitive.

Mixed feelings on usability
Our team of about 12 started using Greenhouse when the HR department pushed for a unified recruiting tool. Getting everyone to actually use it consistently was a bit of a struggle, especially since some folks preferred their old spreadsheets and email threads. Collaboration features are decent, but I found the interface sometimes clunky, which slowed down the process during busy periods. Overall, it helped centralize candidate info, but adoption felt uneven and it didn’t fully streamline our workflow like we hoped.

Easy to use, needs polish
Really straightforward to use and helped me keep track of everything without a hassle. Wish the interface was a bit cleaner but overall solid.

Solid but frustrating over time
Started using Greenhouse about five years ago, and while the platform has definitely gotten more feature-rich, some updates feel clunky and slow down our hiring process. It’s reliable enough but can be frustrating when things don’t work smoothly.

Simpler and more efficient hiring
Switched from Lever after struggling with its interface, and found Greenhouse way easier to navigate and customize. It’s not perfect, but the scheduling tools really saved me time compared to JazzHR.

Solid hiring tool
Greenhouse has been pretty solid for managing our hiring process. The interface is straightforward enough that I didn't have to waste much time figuring stuff out, which is nice. Sometimes it feels a bit slow when loading candidate profiles, but overall it gets the job done and keeps things organized. Definitely saved me some headaches during recruiting season.

Decent but a bit clunky
I’ve used Greenhouse a bit for managing interviews and scheduling, and honestly it’s okay. It gets the basics done but sometimes feels a bit clunky and not super intuitive. Still, it’s better than juggling emails for hiring.

Simple and effective tool
I’ve been messing around with Greenhouse for a bit and honestly, it’s pretty solid. The interface is clean and easy to figure out, which saved me a lot of time. My only gripe is that sometimes it feels a little slow when loading certain features, but other than that, it’s done exactly what I needed without any headaches. Definitely worth checking out if you want something straightforward.

Overpriced for the value
The pricing for Greenhouse felt way out of line for what we actually got. We ended up paying a lot upfront, but the return on investment just wasn’t there—features seemed basic compared to cheaper alternatives we've tried. For small teams or startups, this definitely doesn’t feel like a smart spend. Honestly, it’s just too expensive for the value it delivers.

Smooth team adoption
Our team of eight switched to Greenhouse last year, and getting everyone on board was smoother than expected. It really helped us stay aligned during recruiting and made collaboration across departments easier.
