Works but a bit clunky
Greenhouse does the job alright, but sometimes feels a bit clunky and overcomplicated for what I need.

Works, but a bit clunky
Does the job alright but kinda clunky at times. Took a bit to get used to the layout, but it’s okay overall.

Smooth and straightforward setup
Getting Greenhouse up and running was surprisingly smooth. The onboarding team was helpful and the setup only took a couple of hours, which felt easy compared to other tools I've tried. There was a slight learning curve with some of the reporting features, but nothing too bad.

Worth the investment
Greenhouse is definitely on the pricier side, but for the kind of hiring efficiency it brings, it’s worth the investment. Our team saw a noticeable improvement in candidate quality and faster turnaround times, which more than made up for the cost. For smaller teams, it might feel a bit steep, but if you hire regularly, the ROI really shows through. Overall, I’d say it’s solid value for what you get.

Great for team hiring
Our team of about 12 started using Greenhouse last year after the boss pushed for a better hiring tool. Getting everyone on board took a couple weeks, but now it's way easier to collaborate on candidates and share feedback without endless email threads. Sometimes the interface feels a bit cluttered, but overall it’s helped us stay aligned and move faster when hiring.

Good features but pricey
Greenhouse definitely offers a solid platform, but I found the pricing a bit steep for smaller teams like ours. While it has useful features that help streamline hiring, the ROI didn't quite match the monthly cost in our case. It’s great if you’re scaling fast and need those extra tools, but for a modest-sized company, it felt like paying a premium for some things we didn’t fully use. Overall, decent value but I wish there was more flexibility in pricing.

Worth the investment
Greenhouse isn’t the cheapest option out there, but for the features and ease of use, I feel like it’s worth the investment. Our hiring process has definitely become smoother, so the return on the cost makes sense to me. For small to mid-sized teams, it really pays for itself in saved time.

Solid recruiting choice
Tried Lever and Workable before, but Greenhouse felt smoother when managing candidate pipelines and integrations. The interface is cleaner and the reporting tools actually help me track hiring progress better, though sometimes it can lag a bit during busy periods.

Good but a bit pricey
Greenhouse feels a bit pricey for smaller teams like ours, and sometimes I wonder if we're getting the full bang for our buck. That said, the features we do use seem solid and have helped streamline parts of our hiring process, so it kinda pays for itself in the long run. Just wish the pricing was a bit more flexible, especially since we don't use every tool they offer. Overall, decent value but you gotta be sure you actually need what they provide before committing.

Overpriced for what you get
The pricing for Greenhouse feels way too high, especially considering the features I actually use. We didn’t see much return on investment, and there are cheaper options that cover the basics just as well. Overall, it just didn’t feel worth the cost for my small team.
