Setup was a mixed experience
Getting Jira up and running was a mixed bag for me. The initial setup took a few hours longer than I expected, mostly because the interface is a bit overwhelming at first and figuring out how to customize workflows wasn’t straightforward. Onboarding new team members was okay once we got past that learning curve, but the documentation could be clearer for beginners. Overall, it wasn’t a smooth ride but once set up, it works as intended.
