Great for team collaboration
Our team of about 12 switched over to Looker after the boss made us try it out, and honestly, getting everyone on board was way smoother than I expected. The way we can share dashboards and collaborate on data insights in real time has really helped cut down on back-and-forth emails. Sometimes the initial setup felt a bit tricky, but once we're past that, it’s been a big win for all of us.

Great Visuals, Limited Customization
The data visualization tools in Looker really helped our team make sense of complex datasets quickly. I also appreciate the easy integration with other platforms, though sometimes the dashboard customization feels a bit limited compared to what I’d expect.

Best fit for data modeling
I gave Looker a shot after trying Tableau and Power BI, and honestly, it just clicked better for our team. The way Looker handles data modeling felt more intuitive and flexible compared to Tableau's sometimes clunky interface. Power BI was cool too but lacked the same level of customization and control over data sources that Looker offers. The only small gripe is the learning curve on some of their more advanced features, but once you get past that, it’s smooth sailing.

Smooth and quick setup
Getting Looker up and running was surprisingly quick—I had the basics set within a day, and the onboarding guides made a real difference. The learning curve wasn’t steep at all, and I felt confident digging into more complex queries after just a few sessions. Overall, setup was smooth with minimal headaches.

Improved team collaboration
Our team of about 10 adopted Looker last year, and once the initial learning curve was over, it really helped us share reports without version confusion. Getting everyone on board was slower than expected, but now collaboration feels more streamlined across departments.

Makes data way easier
Looker makes digging through data way less painful. Setting up dashboards was way simpler than I expected, and the results actually make sense. Definitely saved me a bunch of time on reports.

Great for team collaboration
Our team of eight switched to Looker last year, and it really helped everyone stay on the same page with data. Getting the whole group to adopt it wasn’t too difficult since it simplified sharing reports and reduced back-and-forth emails.

Looker nailed data exploration
Switched from Tableau and Power BI after struggling with their clunky interfaces and limited flexibility in data modeling. Looker’s approach to exploring data felt much more intuitive, and building custom dashboards was way smoother once I got the hang of LookML. I especially liked how easy it was to set up consistent metrics across teams without duplicating work. The learning curve was a bit steep initially, but the payoff in collaboration and accuracy made it worth it.

Smooth adoption, great collaboration
Our team of about 12 switched to Looker a few months ago, and honestly, the adoption was smoother than I expected. At first, some folks hesitated since they were used to Excel and other tools, but once the boss pushed for it, everyone got on board pretty quickly because it really cut down the back-and-forth when sharing reports. Collaboration improved noticeably since we could all work off the same dashboards and drill down into data together during meetings. It’s become our go-to for answering quick questions without needing to bug the data team constantly.

Worth the investment
Looker is definitely on the pricier side, but in my experience it’s been worth every penny. The insights it provides have helped me catch trends that directly boosted our sales, so the ROI is clear. For what I pay, the value is solid, especially if you’re serious about data-driven decisions.
