Good value for small teams
Mailchimp is a bit pricey for what I get, especially as my list grows, but the ease of use and solid reporting make it worth the cost. For small teams or solo projects, it's great value and definitely pays for itself with the time saved. Just wish they had a bit more flexibility in their pricing tiers though.

Smooth setup experience
The onboarding walked me through everything clearly, and I had the basic setup done in under an hour. Took a bit of time to get used to all the features, but nothing too overwhelming.

Steady improvements over time
Started using this about 5 years ago and it’s really come a long way—more intuitive and features that actually make sense now. The occasional glitches still pop up but overall it’s gotten way better for my small biz needs.

Flexible and User-Friendly Email Tool
Switched from Constant Contact after feeling limited by its template options and found Mailchimp much more flexible for designing emails that actually look good on mobile. I also tried Sendinblue, but its automation setup felt a bit clunky compared to Mailchimp's straightforward drag-and-drop builder. The reporting tools here give me just enough insight without overwhelming me, which is perfect for my small business. The only downside is that once you grow past the free tier, costs can add up quickly.

Worth the cost for small teams
Mailchimp's pricing felt a bit steep at first, especially when I was just starting out with a small list. But honestly, the ease of use and solid automation features made it worth every penny once I started seeing real engagement and some ROI from my campaigns. For what I get, it pays for itself, though I wish the higher tiers were a little more flexible. Overall, great value for small teams who want solid email marketing without a huge upfront cost.

Easy and reliable tool
Mailchimp’s pretty simple to use and makes sending newsletters way less of a hassle. Took me a bit to figure out some features, but overall it’s solid for small projects.

Great automation and templates
The email automation feature is exactly what we needed to streamline our marketing campaigns—setting up drip sequences was straightforward and saved us a ton of time. I also really like the variety of customizable templates, which makes our newsletters look professional without needing design skills. That said, the reporting dashboard could be a bit more intuitive; it takes a while to find the specific metrics I want. Overall, Mailchimp hits the mark for ease of use and automation, even if the analytics feel a bit clunky.

Great for team newsletters
Our team of 8 started using Mailchimp for our monthly newsletters and it was a bit tricky at first to get everyone on board, but once we all got the hang of it, collaboration became way smoother. The drag-and-drop editor makes it easy for non-techies to contribute, and sharing templates helps keep things consistent. Only downside is sometimes the reporting dashboard feels a bit glitchy.

Saved time on email campaigns
Our small team was drowning in manually sending newsletters and tracking subscriber engagement, which was slowing down our outreach efforts. Mailchimp helped by automating those emails and providing clear analytics, so now I can schedule campaigns ahead of time and see exactly who’s opening and clicking. It saved us a ton of time and made follow-ups way easier.
