Good value for small teams

The pricing feels fair for what you get, especially if you’re managing email campaigns for a small business. It’s not the cheapest option out there, but the features help me save time and get decent returns, so it’s worth the investment in my book.

Really easy and helpful

Honestly, Mailchimp made sending out newsletters way less of a headache than I expected. The drag-and-drop editor is super easy to use and I love how it handles my contact lists without me having to do too much manual sorting. Plus, the analytics part helps me see who’s actually opening my emails, which is pretty neat. Definitely nailed it for what I needed!

Streamlined email segmentation

We were drowning in managing segmented email lists manually, which was eating up hours every week. Mailchimp's automation and tagging features made it so much easier to keep everything organized and send targeted campaigns without the headache. It saved me a ton of time and cut down errors, though the reporting could be a bit more detailed.

Worth the investment for growth

Mailchimp’s pricing is definitely on the higher side once you start scaling up your contacts, but for the features and ease of use it offers, it feels like a smart investment. Small teams or solo entrepreneurs will find the free tier and lower-paid plans great value, especially since the automation tools help save a lot of time. I’ve noticed a solid return on investment because the campaigns actually bring in more engagement and sales, so while it’s not the cheapest option out there, it pays for itself if you use it consistently. That said, if you don’t need advanced features, the cost might feel a bit steep.

Intuitive and Feature-Rich Email Tool

I tried Constant Contact before switching to Mailchimp, and honestly, Mailchimp’s interface feels more intuitive to me, especially when setting up automation workflows. Compared to Sendinblue, Mailchimp offers better template variety which saves a lot of design time. The reporting features have helped me track campaign performance more clearly, which was a pain point with the other tools. I’d give it 4 stars mainly because the pricing can get steep as your list grows, but overall it’s been a solid choice.

Helped with segmentation but clunky UI

Trying to manage multiple email lists with different tagging was a nightmare until Mailchimp helped me organize and segment them better. That part worked well, but the interface feels clunky and it’s confusing to find basic features sometimes, so it slowed me down more than I'd like.

Solid and improving over time

Started using Mailchimp about 5 years ago and it's definitely gotten smoother and more intuitive over time. Some features that used to be clunky now feel way more polished, though every now and then the interface can be a bit confusing. Overall, it’s been a solid tool for managing my email lists and campaigns without too many headaches.

Smooth team email tool

Our team of six started using Mailchimp about six months ago after the marketing manager pushed for a more streamlined email tool. Getting everyone on board took a couple of weeks since some were used to other platforms, but the intuitive interface helped speed that up. Collaboration improved noticeably once we all got familiar with tagging and shared templates, making campaign planning less of a headache. Overall, it’s been a solid choice for our needs, though the reporting features could be a bit more detailed.

Reliable and improving over time

Started using this about 5 years ago and I gotta say, Mailchimp has gotten way better with time. The interface feels cleaner now and there are more automation options that actually save me a lot of headaches. Sometimes their support can be a bit slow, but overall it’s been solid for what I need.

Good value for small biz

Mailchimp can be a bit pricey once your list grows, but for what I get in return—easy automation and solid deliverability—it's worth the cost. It’s been great value for my small business, even if the plans could be a little more flexible.
