Automation and Builder Shine
The automation workflows saved me so much time by handling follow-ups flawlessly. Plus, the drag-and-drop email builder is super intuitive and lets me customize campaigns exactly how I want.

Reliable and improving over time
Started using Mailchimp about five years ago for my small business newsletters, and I've seen it get a lot better over time. The interface feels cleaner now, and the automation features have definitely improved, making it easier to set up drip campaigns without too much hassle. Sometimes it still feels a bit overwhelming with all the options if you’re not super tech-savvy, but overall, it’s been a solid tool that’s kept up with my growing needs.

Best fit for targeted campaigns
Switched from Constant Contact and Sendinblue and Mailchimp just clicks better for how I run campaigns. The interface feels more intuitive, and their segmentation options helped me target my audience way more precisely without jumping through hoops. Overall, it saved me time and got better engagement results.

Helped a bit, but clunky overall
Our team was drowning in managing email lists and manually sending newsletters, which was eating up so much time every week. Mailchimp helped by automating the process and organizing our contacts better, but honestly, their interface felt clunky and confusing, and some features we paid for didn't work like they said they would. Still had to do a lot of stuff outside the platform to get things done properly.

Confusing and slow setup
Getting started with Mailchimp was way more frustrating than I expected. The onboarding process felt scattered and not very clear, which made the setup drag on longer than it should’ve. I spent hours just trying to figure out basic things like integrating my website and setting up automation, which honestly shouldn’t have been that complicated. Definitely a steep learning curve if you’re not super tech-savvy, and the support docs didn’t help much either.

Getting set up with Mailchimp was surprisingly straightforward. The onboarding guides walked me through everything without overwhelming me, and I had my first campaign ready in under an hour. There was a little bit of a learning curve with some of the advanced features, but nothing too frustrating.

Good value for growth
I find Mailchimp a bit pricey for what it offers, but the ROI has been solid for my small biz. Definitely worth the cost if you’re looking to grow without hiring extra help.

Great builder, automation tricky
The email builder is super intuitive and I can whip up nice campaigns in no time. The automation setup is helpful but sometimes feels a bit clunky to figure out at first.

Quick and straightforward setup
Setup was surprisingly quick and I had it running in about 20 minutes. The onboarding guides helped a lot, though I did hit a small snag with integration that wasn’t super clear at first.
