Improving steadily over time

Been with them for about 5 years now and honestly, Mailchimp keeps getting better. The interface feels cleaner and some of the automation features have actually become really useful, though sometimes it’s a bit confusing to find what I need quickly.

Easy team collaboration tool

Our team of about 8 started using Mailchimp a few months ago for our monthly newsletters. Getting everyone on board was a bit slow at first since not everyone is super tech-savvy, but once the basics clicked, collaboration on campaigns became way easier. The only downside is that sometimes the templates can be a bit limiting if you want more customization.

Worth the investment

Mailchimp’s pricing felt a bit steep at first, especially for what I needed, but it’s really paid off in the end. The tools helped me get better engagement, so the return on investment made it feel worth every penny. Definitely good value if you’re serious about growing your email list without a huge team.

Worth the investment

Mailchimp’s pricing can feel a bit steep at first, but for what I get in return—easy-to-use tools and solid automation—it ends up being worth the investment. The ROI has been noticeable since it helps me reach my audience without much hassle, making it great value for small businesses like mine.

Solid tool for team email work

Our team of about eight people switched to Mailchimp a few months ago after our manager pushed for a more streamlined email marketing tool. Getting everyone on board was a bit of a challenge at first, especially for those less comfortable with tech, but the intuitive interface helped speed things up. We now collaborate on campaigns much easier, sharing templates and tracking results in one place, which saves us a ton of back-and-forth emails. The only hiccup is that sometimes the automation options feel a little limited for more complex workflows.

Solved email chaos fast

Was totally overwhelmed trying to manage separate email lists and automate follow-ups for my small online shop. Mailchimp made setting up targeted campaigns super simple and saved me tons of time, even with zero coding skills. Only wish the mobile app was a bit smoother though.

Easy and reliable email tool

Mailchimp's been a lifesaver for getting my email campaigns out without much hassle. Honestly, the drag-and-drop editor is super easy to use, even when I’m in a rush. Sometimes it takes a sec to load, but nothing too annoying. Overall, it just makes emailing my customers way less stressful than I expected.

Fair price for solid returns

The pricing feels fair for what you get, especially if you’re managing multiple campaigns. It can add up with higher subscriber counts, but the ROI makes it worth the spend in my experience.

Steady improvement over time

Started using Mailchimp about five years ago when I was managing a small newsletter, and it's definitely come a long way since then. The interface has improved a lot, making it easier to design emails without feeling overwhelmed. I also appreciate the way their automation features have gotten more robust over time, which saves me a ton of manual work. Occasionally, the pricing tiers can feel a bit confusing as you scale up, but overall, it’s been a reliable tool that keeps getting better.
