Easier event tracking overall
Tried Amplitude and Heap before, but Mixpanel won me over since it's way easier to set up custom events without needing a dev every time. The UI feels a bit cluttered tho, which sometimes slows me down.

Helped tracking but pricey and clunky
Our team was drowning in trying to track user behavior across multiple platforms, and Mixpanel seemed like the answer. It did help with event tracking more than our previous tools, especially with funnel analysis, which was a huge relief. However, the interface is confusing and the pricing quickly got out of control as our data volume grew, so we ended up not fully using it. Also, their customer support was slow to respond when we had issues integrating with our custom backend.
