Brought order to chaos
Our team was drowning in scattered task lists and missed deadlines until we started using Monday.com. It really helped us organize projects with clear timelines and kept everyone accountable without endless email chains.

Good value for organization
I found Monday.com to be a bit pricey at first, especially for smaller projects, but honestly it’s worth the investment. The way it keeps everything organized and easy to track has saved me a lot of time, so the return on investment feels real. Just wish there were more flexible pricing options for tiny teams though.

Streamlined team collaboration
Our team of about 12 switched to Monday.com last year to manage projects and deadlines. Getting everyone on board took a bit longer than expected since some folks preferred simpler tools, but once they saw how everything was in one place, collaboration really picked up. It’s helped keep tasks visible and reduced a lot of back-and-forth emails, especially with remote teammates. The only hiccup is that the interface can feel overwhelming at first, but once you get used to it, it’s a solid platform.

Steady improvement over time
Started using Monday.com about three years ago, and it’s definitely grown on me. The interface feels cleaner now, and they’ve added some handy automation features that save me a lot of time. While it’s mostly smooth sailing, I do wish their mobile app was a bit more reliable during busy workdays. Overall, it’s been a solid tool that keeps getting better the longer I stick with it.

Great for team collaboration
Our team of about 12 switched over to Monday.com last quarter, and while getting everyone to use it consistently took a couple of weeks, it's really helped with keeping track of who’s doing what. The visual boards make it easy for us to collaborate without endless email chains, and even the less tech-savvy folks caught on sooner than I expected.

Flexible and user-friendly tool
I switched to Monday.com after trying Trello and Asana, and I appreciate how flexible the boards are for different project types. Trello felt a bit too simple for what we needed, and Asana’s interface was overwhelming at times. Monday.com strikes a good balance with its customizable views and automation features that actually save time. That said, the pricing can get steep as your team grows, which is the only drawback I’ve noticed so far.

Great timeline, tricky automations
The timeline view really helps me keep track of project deadlines and see how tasks overlap, which makes planning smoother. I wish the automations were a bit easier to customize though, they sometimes feel limited for more complex workflows.

Great timeline, automation needs polish
The timeline view in Monday.com has been a game changer for managing our project deadlines—it’s super intuitive and makes it easy to spot any overlaps or bottlenecks. On the other hand, the automation feature is helpful but sometimes feels limited when trying to set up more complex workflows. Overall, it keeps the team on the same page and saves a lot of back-and-forth emails.

Smooth and straightforward setup
Getting everything set up with Monday.com was smoother than I expected. The onboarding guides really helped clear up any confusion, and I had most of our projects organized within a couple of hours. There was a slight learning curve with some of the more advanced features, but overall it was pretty straightforward to get going.

Great for team collaboration
Our team of about 12 switched over to Monday.com a few months ago, and it’s helped us keep track of projects way better. Getting everyone on board wasn’t instant—there was definitely a bit of a learning curve—but once people got used to it, collaboration became a lot smoother. The visual boards make it easier to see who’s doing what without endless email threads.
