Flexible and feature-rich tool

I tried Trello and Asana before settling on Monday.com, and what sold me was how customizable the boards are without feeling overwhelming. Unlike Trello, it handles complex workflows better, and Asana felt a bit rigid for what I needed. The visual layout helps keep the whole team on the same page, and the automation features have saved us a ton of time on repetitive tasks. The only downside is that sometimes the sheer number of options can be a bit much when you’re just trying to get started.

Smooth and straightforward setup

Getting everything set up on Monday.com was surprisingly smooth. Timeline View Needs Work

The timeline view is kinda confusing and doesn't always update right, which messes with my project planning. I do like the customizable dashboards, but they feel clunky and not very intuitive to set up.
