Easy to use, pretty flexible

I’ve been using Monday.com for managing some team projects, and honestly, it’s been a pretty smooth experience. The interface is super clean and easy to figure out without a ton of hassle. I like how flexible you can make the boards, but sometimes it feels like there are a few too many options that slow me down. Overall, it’s helped keep things organized way better than before though.

Saved Us From Email Chaos

Our team was drowning in endless email threads trying to track project progress, which made deadlines a nightmare. Monday.com helped us centralize all tasks and updates in one place, so suddenly everyone knew what was due and when without having to chase each other down. The visual boards make it super easy to spot bottlenecks, and even though we had a few hiccups setting up automations, it really cut down on follow-up emails. Overall, it's made managing projects way less painful for us.

Overcomplicated and pricey

Tried Asana and Trello before but found Monday.com way too complicated and clunky for everyday use. The interface feels cluttered and it’s hard to customize without paying a lot extra, unlike the simpler layouts in the others.

Great for team collaboration

Our team of about 12 started using Monday.com a few months ago after management pushed for a better way to track projects. Getting everyone on board was a bit of a struggle at first since some folks preferred old habits, but once we got past the initial learning curve, it really helped streamline communication and keep everyone on the same page. The visual boards make it easy to see where tasks stand without endless email threads, which has improved collaboration especially between departments. Overall, it feels like a solid tool that’s made juggling multiple projects less chaotic.

Helpful for Team Coordination

Smooth and straightforward setup

Getting everything set up on Monday.com was surprisingly smooth. The onboarding guided me through the basics without overwhelming me, and I had most of my projects organized within a couple of hours.
