Tough to adopt and use
Our team of six was forced to switch to NetSuite last quarter, and honestly, it’s been a nightmare getting everyone on board. The interface is confusing, and it feels like every time we try to collaborate, something just doesn’t work right. There’s been a lot of frustration, and productivity has definitely taken a hit because of it.

Smooth onboarding and setup
Getting NetSuite up and running was smoother than I expected. The onboarding team was helpful and guided me through the key steps, so the initial setup didn’t feel overwhelming. It took about a couple of weeks to get everything tailored to our needs, which felt reasonable given the complexity. There’s definitely a learning curve, but the training materials and support made it manageable.

Reliable and improving over time
Started using this about 6 years ago and it's definitely gotten smoother and more reliable over time. Some updates have made the interface easier to navigate, though it still feels a bit clunky in places. Overall, it's been a solid tool for managing our business without too many headaches.

Better fit for growth
We switched to NetSuite after trying QuickBooks and SAP Business One, mostly because we needed a more scalable solution that could handle our growing inventory and multi-currency operations. QuickBooks was easier to use but felt limited once our business expanded, and SAP was just too complex and pricey for the features we actually used. NetSuite strikes a good balance, offering robust reporting and customization without feeling overwhelming. The only downside I've noticed is the occasional lag during peak hours, but overall it’s been a solid upgrade for us.

Reliable and improving over time
After almost seven years with NetSuite, I've really seen it grow into a solid all-in-one platform. The updates have made my daily workflow smoother, especially with inventory tracking and reporting features. It feels like they actually listen to user feedback and improve accordingly.

Smooth Reporting and Inventory
The financial reporting feature makes month-end close so much smoother and faster. Also, the inventory management is spot on for keeping everything organized without extra hassle.

Strong reporting and inventory tools
The reporting feature in NetSuite is exactly what we needed to get quick insights into our sales and inventory without jumping through hoops. I also like the inventory management tools—they keep track of stock levels accurately and sync well with orders. The only downside I’ve noticed is that the user interface can feel a bit clunky at times, especially when switching between modules, which slows me down now and then.

Better for scaling up
Switched from QuickBooks and Sage Intacct after struggling with their limited scalability. NetSuite handles our growing inventory and finance needs much smoother, though the initial setup was a bit of a headache.

Worth the investment
It’s a bit pricey upfront, but the way it streamlines our operations has more than paid off. Definitely worth the investment if you need something scalable and reliable.

Great all-in-one ERP
Switched from QuickBooks and Sage Intacct, and NetSuite finally gave us the all-in-one solution we needed without juggling multiple platforms. The learning curve was a bit steep, but the customization options and reporting tools made it worth the effort.
