Good but getting cumbersome
Started using this about three years ago and while it’s added useful features over time, it sometimes feels slower and more cluttered than when I first started. It’s great for organizing, but the updates haven’t always improved my day-to-day workflow.

Great for team collaboration
Our team of about 12 people started using Notion a few months ago mainly to keep track of ongoing projects and share notes. Getting everyone on board was a bit rough at first because some folks preferred sticking to email or docs, but once they saw how easy it was to update info in real-time, adoption picked up quickly. Collaboration has definitely improved since we now have a single place to organize workflows and meeting notes without digging through countless threads. The only gripe is that the mobile app can be kinda sluggish sometimes, which frustrates a few of us on the go.

Finally Organized My Freelance Work
I used to juggle multiple apps just to keep track of my freelance projects and client notes, which was overwhelming and messy. Notion helped me bring everything under one roof — I set up custom templates for proposals, deadlines, and meeting notes, so I don’t lose track of details anymore. It’s been a game changer for staying organized without switching between endless tools. The only downside is that the learning curve took a bit of time, but once I got the hang of it, managing my workflow became way smoother.

Overcomplicated and frustrating
Honestly, Notion just feels way too complicated for what it promises. I spent hours trying to set up something simple, and it ended up more frustrating than helpful. The interface is cluttered and confusing, and it’s way slower than I expected. Definitely not the smooth experience I hoped for.

Great databases, slow sync
The database feature in Notion is a game changer for organizing my projects and tasks, making everything easy to track. The collaboration tools are solid, but sometimes syncing takes a bit longer than I'd like.

Finally Organized Projects
My team was drowning in scattered notes and project plans, which made it super hard to track progress. Notion helped us bring everything into one place with clear pages and easy-to-use templates, so now we actually know who's doing what and when. The only thing is sometimes it feels a bit slow to load when we have lots of content, but overall it's been a huge help.

Great for team collaboration
Our team of about 8 started using Notion a few months ago to manage projects and share meeting notes. Getting everyone on board took a bit longer than expected since some folks prefer email or Slack, but once the initial setup was done, collaboration got way easier. The ability to centralize docs and track tasks in one place really helped cut down on confusion, especially when juggling multiple projects. Still, the interface can be a bit overwhelming at first, and occasionally some features feel clunky to navigate.

Super flexible and useful
I’ve been messing around with Notion for a bit and honestly, it’s become my go-to for keeping stuff organized. Love how flexible it is, though sometimes setting up pages takes a little extra time. Overall, pretty solid and worth it if you like customizing your workspace.

Super flexible and handy
I’ve been messing around with Notion for a bit and honestly, it’s way more flexible than I expected. Setting up my to-do lists and notes in one place has made life easier, though sometimes it feels a bit overwhelming with all the options. Still, definitely worth it for keeping things organized.

Great databases, flaky offline
The database feature is a lifesaver for organizing projects, but the offline mode could use some improvement since I often lose access when I’m out of Wi-Fi.
