Great for team collaboration
Our team of about 12 started using Notion a few months ago after our manager insisted we give it a shot for project tracking and documentation. Getting everyone on board took a little time since some folks preferred simpler tools, but once the basics were set, collaboration improved noticeably. It’s great having all our notes, tasks, and meeting summaries in one place, even if the interface can feel a bit overwhelming at first. Overall, it’s made organizing work easier, though sometimes syncing can lag a bit when lots of people edit at once.

Great all-in-one workspace
Tried Evernote and Trello before, but Notion just clicks better for juggling notes and projects all in one spot. The flexibility is great, though sometimes it feels a bit slow loading larger pages.

Great for Team Collaboration
Our team of about 12 people started using Notion a few months ago after our manager pushed for a better way to organize projects and notes. Getting everyone on board took a couple of weeks since some folks were more comfortable with traditional tools, but once they saw how easy it was to collaborate in real-time and keep everything in one place, adoption picked up quickly. We now use it for tracking project progress, meeting notes, and even shared resources, which has definitely cut down on email threads and confusion. The flexibility is great, though sometimes the interface can feel a bit overwhelming for new users.

Really handy and flexible
Been using Notion to keep track of my projects and notes and honestly it’s been a solid help. Sometimes the loading is a bit slow but other than that, it’s super flexible and easy to customize how I want stuff organized.

Great all-in-one workspace
Switched from Evernote and Trello, and Notion just clicks better for how I organize notes and projects all in one place. The flexibility with templates and linking pages makes it way easier to keep everything connected without jumping between apps.

Better than Evernote for me
Switched from Evernote and Trello, and Notion just clicks better for how I organize notes and projects together. It’s super flexible but sometimes feels a bit clunky when loading large pages.

Great databases, offline struggles
The database feature makes organizing projects super easy and flexible, but I wish the offline mode was a bit more reliable when I’m without internet.

Finally Organized My Projects
My projects were all over the place with no clear way to track deadlines and notes, which made teamwork chaotic. Notion helped me organize everything into one workspace where I could combine docs, task boards, and calendars, making deadlines and updates much easier to manage. It’s not perfect, but it definitely cleared up the clutter and saved us time.

Great for team collaboration
Our team of about 10 started using Notion a few months ago to keep track of projects and notes. Getting everyone to actually use it consistently took some nudging, but now it’s our go-to for collaboration and sharing updates in one place.

Smooth and straightforward setup
Getting started with Notion was surprisingly smooth. The onboarding walkthrough helped me figure out the basics quickly, and I had my first workspace set up in under 30 minutes. There was a bit of a learning curve when I started customizing templates and databases, but overall, the setup didn’t feel overwhelming. It’s definitely one of the easier productivity tools to get going with compared to others I've tried.
